Powhatan Dunkin is by far the best! The morning crew is amazing, always kind and accommodating. Savannah, Aliyah, Ms. Carrie and Connor start our day off right-they get our orders correct and are so friendly. Food is delicious, coffee is perfect, store is super clean.

I went through the drive thru and customer service was awesome.

This location in Powhatan just gets every order right. I wish I could say this about the surrounding locations. Every order. Plain and simple. No wait and always a 'thanks' for stopping by.

review is late but last week I had one of the best experiences at dunkin by far. first my coffee was one of the best coffee I had ever had at any dunkin location but also the young lady in the drive thru Destiny was not only friendly but she went above and beyond on helping me with an issue with my app that I had tried to get others to help with at other locations. keep shinning Destiny hope to run in to you again being as though I have a dunkin addiction 🤣

Great service! Came here after Sugar Shack messed up our online order significantly. The young gentleman behind the counter with dark hair was changing his gloves and using hand sanitizer between customers. He kept the gloves on until the donuts were in the customers hands. The establishment was well cleaned and had all the donuts we wanted. Thank you!

The staff make the difference here. Super friendly and helpful, and the donuts were great. My 5 year old was in heaven lol. Came back today and I'm still impressed with the service

Best DD in Richmond area. Staff always friendly and upbeat. Donuts fresh every time I’ve been there. Always consistent with the way they make their drinks. Been to other DDs in the area and they are always a hit and miss. This one is consistent!

We do a family Dunkin run for family birthdays... Just getting the party started early. Always a huge hit with the grandkids.

Our first time getting coffee and donuts there. Variety of donut holes, all very good too.I had the Matcha Latte and my husband tried the smoked vanilla iced coffee and we're glad we did. ☕

Likely the nicest Dunkin' I've ever been to. I've been to many...maybe 40-50.

Team was hustling but PLACING everything together--not just throwing things on top of things or throwing items in bags. I saw multiple drive-thru/to-go orders assembled.

My breakfast sandwich was hoooooot and tasty. Will return.

Wonderful customer service! Those poor employees had to deal with this rude women who threw a bag at one of the crew members. Overall amazing experience! 5/5 would come again!

We went thru the drive thru. The staff person was patient and helpful. The donuts were good as was the coffee. Wish they were closer to our home.

Went on opening weekend and they had plenty of employees staffed. Everyone was cheery and helpful. The line moved quickly and there was a good selection of donuts available even though it was later in the afternoon.

Although the screen was only half working my drive thru order was quick & the young lady at the window was very pleasant.

Staff was super friendly! Got hot food, coffee and donuts on a Sunday night. Food was cooked fresh while we waited and super good. We will definitely go back!!!

I gave 5 stars but had this one time experience that the donuts I ordered were awful. They were very cold and soggy. So disappointed
