Even though we had not sold a house with Waterman, Erica Peterson was the seller's realtor and was MORE helpful than anyone I had ever dealt with. We had an unexpected change on our end, and Erica was always helpful, answered every phone call, text, and email even after hours! I can't recommend her and this company enough! PS stay far away from Melbourne Beach Properties unless you want clueless and crotchety senior citizens to represent you -_-

Andy Waterman has sold three houses for me. In each case, his work was excellent. He has an in-depth knowledge of the market, the community, and financial and legal processes that pertain. He has a broad set of contacts who respond quickly when needed to expedite a sale. He is a resourceful problem-solver and a very competent negotiator. To preface I own a small non-profit volleyball club. We teach athletes from five years old and up. Indoor, Beach, and grass volleyball.
I would like to review, the man, Andy Waterman his generosity and the charter of who HE is. It is a talented real-estate agent in the Brevard County area in beyond. He has sold tens of thousands of homes to locals and new residents for almost 30 YEARS! He heart is beyond measure. He has helped me with my small business in SO many ways, I will just name a few. He has been my personal commercial real-estate agent for the past EIGHT years. Day or night Andy answers all of my questions about real-estate and is genuinely concerned about my needs for my business. He has donated thousands of dollars to my volleyball club, in fact has given so much to us that he is now a life-time sponsor. He has supplied my girls with 20+ beach volleyballs so they can continue to grow and learn new areas of the sport. He maintains the beach courts, PERSONALLY. He quite literally is out there during the summer raking the courts so it can be the best for the local beach volleyball athletes. Not only is he a man of God but he treats everyone that he comes across with love and respect. I have never met anyone in Brevard County that has done more for his community, than Andy Waterman. They were very detail orientated and always kept me informed. Andy has a great team. They also were able to quickly find good contractors to fix things noted in the inspection report. The deal went smoothly and I would use them again.

What can I say but Thank You ........ When we thought all was lost b/c of the misdirection of the lender we were working with, our agent David Asmere and Mr. Waterman himself stepped in to save the day. They put us in touch with a lender (Kelli Beckel) they reccomend and all changed within 24Hrs. Mr Waterman and David negotiated an extension with the sellers and Kelli Beckel from Prime Lending did in under "FOUR HOURS" what our prvious lender could not accomplish in over 60 DAYS.
