Great place to purchase bikes or get repairs done. Variety of bikes, seats,helmets, etc. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help out. Definitely has the best customer service.

They have helped me in finding a perfect bike that was within price range and available stock, they also have helped me even do changes to some part of the bike to fix the efficiency to make going uphill easier and a little less strainus on my legs thanks for everything.

When you come Scotts Cycle you come to a family owned business that takes pride in in their work. Brian the shops owner takes pride in his store. If you ever have a problem you can approach him and he will help you. You can find a wide variety of bikes with brands like Liv, Kona, Orbea and a great selection of Giant. You can find a huge selection of ebikes at Scott's and are certified to service in the store. They sell more then just bikes they have a great selection of helmets for road bikes mountain bikes racing, scooters and any accessory you may need for your bike. You can find yourself a bike rack for your car or a bike trainer for indoor riding. You might even find yourself trying on some sunglasses. You then will find they carry cycling gloves for all types of events and shoes and jerseys if your interested. Scott's carries a variety of almost anything if you can't find something ask them where it's at and they will direct you in the right direction. I like Scotts because of there service repair shop I have purchased a couple bikes from Scotts and if they don't have something they will order it in and get it quickly. I have all my bikes serviced here. Say hi to James or Aaron they are some of the best mechanics in the Tri Cities.

They get her done how is in and out in a day the set of tighten up a wheel bearing how to tighten up a wheel bearing and idler brake it was very good service and one of the staff I know very well

They are awesome they were so kind to walk me through all the maintenance on a older bike not pushy at all they are awesome

Just came pick up my bike they never once made me feel to try to sale me new bike but they were up front estimate was close to what we thought this bike needed new tires chain brake lines and gears.

These guys are certainly bicycle pros and are enthusiastic about everything from road bikes to mountain bikes. Seems like they had a pretty good selection of ebikes as well. Two thumbs up on the hard tail Giant I took home.

Took my daughter around tricities to look for a new mountain bike. We visited many nice shops. Scott’s had a great selection, and excellent customer service. I went back the next day for the bike. The team was very busy I was greeted and helped only a few minutes later. And had the same excellent customer service. I was not rushed though my purchase and was taken good care of. Gave me a great deal on the bike I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the smile on my daughters face! Thank you guys. You gained a forever customer.

We were out for walk with the family a few miles from home. Didn't have our wallet. The stroller had a flat tire. This store was so nice and accommodating for us. They replaced the tire and allowed us to come back later to pay.

In addition, my daughter had a scrape that they bandaged up.

Excellent service! Came in with a worn-out bike with broken spoke, rusty chain, and even rustier brake wire. Got it all fixed up in a day.

After going to Scott’s Cycle, I will not buy a bike or accessories anywhere else! You can’t put a price tag on great customer service and Brian and his team made my son the happiest kid in the world when he got his first bike there last summer. Brian let him try a couple out, helped us size him correctly and gave him a couple pointers to get him started. Now, I can’t keep him off his bike and we spend many weekends riding around the neighborhood and taking him to the race track. Brian and the team at Scott’s have earned my business for life and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!

The customer service here is quite exceptional. They do so much for your bike(whether you bought it there or not) at no cost or next to nothing. You almost feel guilty like you're taking advantage of them haha. You can walk in there with your bike and they help you on the spot. They are quick, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very good at their craft. If you have any cycling needs or questions definitely head in there. You'll be happy you did.

I went into Scott's for the first time, based on recommendations from friends. My badly neglected old Cannondale hybrid needed a tuneup and some basic repairs. Not only did they did they do a great job on the mechanicals, but every inch of that bike was shiny clean when I picked it up. They even brought the tires up to the correct pressure. It's tough to find decent service these days, let alone "above and beyond."

Great place for service and repair. Non-judgmental atmosphere because of my lack of knowledge. I have been there several times each year for the past 10 years. They are consistent in their services. Over the years I have bought bikes there as well.

Bike was in bad shape not shifting, expected to possibly need to buy new derailleurs, was thinking it was going to be expensive. The guy said no, your chain is just stretched, 15 bucks for new chain, I also had it tuned up. Less than 100 bill, bike seems to be working better than new. Very happy!

Extremely helpful staff, very lighthearted and overall fun atmosphere while in the store. When I got there one of the employees came running up to from behind me to grab the door before I got to it. Then I told him what I was looking for and he knew exactly what I needed and went and got it. He answered all my questions and overall he was super helpful.

Excellent customer service, everyone is very helpful. They always find the best solution for me not their sales. Very fair prices. Plus they are the only shop in town selling bmx race gear. I always stop at scotts for my cycle needs

Bill helped my better half (Ron Black) get pedals with straps & a bike seat for my adult trike. I was diagnosed with MS 17 years ago! My DAD - DARREL SAX left me the trike when he passed!
I love it - we had to make alterations. Brian & ALL STAFF WERE WONDERFUL!!!
