I enjoyedmy first ever expedition here! If you were looking for baked beans, head elsewhere. I found some nice Japanese snacks, a huge box of k-cups for half of what Id pay elsewhere, box wine (a Columbia Crest varietal that was $7.99, and an assortment of frozen shrimp for affordable prices. I got the feeling that if I came back another time that it would be an entirely new assortment. I loved the experience, the staff was super friendly, and I'll be back weekly if only to check on the wine specials!

I absolutely love this store! It's huge, wide aisles, clean, and a huge selection!
I'm from the West side and shop at the Chehalis store. It's totally pathetic compared to this one! Kennewick, you're so lucky to have this beautiful store!

I love this grocery store. Everything you want and nothing you don't. While not as glamorous as other stores, the cut the overhead frill and pass the savings on through their plethora of products. Everything about this place is made to expedite your shopping trip and you don't have to wander through piles of polyester clothing and messy displays on your way to get a jug of milk or dog chow. There is a flow to the store that is comfortable and easy to navigate, plenty of helpful reps to aid you in your quest should you find them necessary, and you can't beat the prices. Way better than the bigger stores, and you aren't accosted at the exit with chimps scrutinizing your receipt looking for the grape you sampled on ailse 3.do yourself a favor and your pocketbook and give them a whirl.

They have great prices and a wide selection of items. We like to do our shopping there first before going to other locations.

Clean, I was acknowledged and helped right away. Prices for eggs👍🏽, price for Oat, almond and cashew milk amazing only $1.99 for a 2QT 🤑the OJ no pulp $1.99 😋

The first thing i want to say about this store is that it's always so clean and the employees are always so nice, friendly and helpful which makes shopping here so nice. Over the years that I've shopped here it just gets better and better i believe not only that but the stuff you find here is amazing, for example I found a glow in the dark blankie for my 9 month old grandbaby and he absolutely loves it, it's so soft and it was only $7.99 and it's a pretty big blankie. This store has a lot of everything, so it's so worth checking out and spending some time in. Very highly recommended! Update: so finding great deals each and every time I go in there. Thank you to all the employees they are all so helpful and kind. It's a joy song here 😀 If there was one thing I would say it would be, I wish they would get new carts they are over due.

Grocery Outlet is great they need to build a new one in Benton City right next to the dollar store would be ideal they have great prices on items that you don't usually find in other stores the prices are good I recommend them building a new one in benton City because ki- be Market seems to gouge their customers in their own community....

If you haven't gone here is 10000% times better than Wmart or Any other store a family member mentioned to me how this store has tons of good stuff and also really good prices and the first time we went there just to "look and check prices" we end up leaving with a full cart and we only paid about 270/280. I'm not trying to talk trash about Wmart but at that store, we get like 10 items and almost 100. Totally recommended if you have a big family and right now kids are on summer break and more hungry than ever lmao so go get your groceries there you won't regret it.

They always have great deals on dog food. I got a 15# bag of Iams for $12.99.

They have great wines from my favorite vineyards in California as well as Gourmet Cheese and Crackers for pairing. You don’t have to battle crowds and long lines. The checkers are super fast and friendly. I like this store.

If you go regularly and are willing to explore every isle, you will find something fabulous. Such as these silk teabags imported from Sri Lanka. 45 teabags $1.99

Very good deals, I always find things im looking for at a cheaper price here. They're just not the same items each time. Good place to buy a few months worth of whatever is on sale. It was my go to for groceries and snacks when I lived nearby. Sometimes they carry live plants and they have pretty fair prices on household tools and cleaning supplies.

Always find great buys here.

Tried to source Strawberries and went all over town, including to your Richland store. Last stop Kennewick and none in sight! The Cashier flagged BENJAMIN who went to the back of the store to search. Found the Last Box available. He priced it and handed it off to me. Thank you!!!

Grocery outlet is a great place to shop.found what I was looking for when I couldn't find it in another store. The prices are great. employees are very polite and friendly and helpful when I couldn't find what I looking for and wanted. The store can use a bigger and bolder signs and numbers with what's on that aisle so people know where to find what they are looking for. The parking lot outside big.
