I had one of The best customer service experiences at this Rite Aid with the young lady, Jackie. Who is a team leader or a manager was one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a Rite Aid. She was so helpful and so friendly. I was having a hard time and needed assistance. She walk by just to greet me, but then assisted me. I won’t go into the issue. But she just put all my worries aside and was able to assist me like no one has ever helped me at any drugstore. She was incredibly patient and so friendly and nice to deal with. Not something you see every day, especially in the drugstore chain. She’s truly an asset to this Rite Aid location. I always look forward to seeing her when I come in.

You guys are the best. Great fast service always, All the rite aids in town were out of my meds, you guys were too. with none coming till Monday, But you went above and beyond to find me an emergency dose within 30 min even though you guys were VERY busy! God bless you!

I was leery when I needed a pharmacy after hours after seeing the negative reviews, but after talking to the tech (I believe his name was Nate) I was put as ease. I was told when my meds would be ready and it was a completely seamless process. Thank you for being awesome!

The 24 hr/day availability and the reliability of in stock medications makes this my primary pharmacy.

Shout out to Christine in the pharmacy for helping me use a prescription discount card to get my meds! My new insurance hasn’t kicked in and I was looking at a pretty hefty price for my epilepsy medication, which isn’t exactly a medication I can skip. I had a similar situation come up a couple years ago at a different pharmacy and no one offered any suggestions. So I really appreciated it!

The staff is always friendly and helpful although the lines are sometimes long at the pharmacy inside and out you can't beat thier customer service

Was so thankful for the 24 hour service when my kids woke up sick in the middle of the night. The male associate and security guard who were there at 3:30am were nice and I felt safe and secure for my whole experience.

Well, the pharmacy lines can be pretty long, however, the two gentlemen with dark curly hair that worked up front were very kind to me and my husband, they offered help with finding items, they double bag our items, not too talkative but extremely nice and great customer service! Retail is killing it!!

I've shopped and refilled my prescriptions here for over 20 years. Everyone is friendly and professional. If I need a vaccine, they call me. They let me know when prescriptions are refilled. For Seniors, this is helpful. Can't imagine going anywhere else.

This is the only place to go for your prescriptions. Use the drive thru window to pick up your meds. During the week the ladies that serve you at the drive thru are the kindest and sweetest women you could ever meet~! Fact. 7 years I've used RiteAid and never had a bad experience.

I was in the Rite Aid on Eli Street, Kennewick, WA to fill a prescription for my granddaughter who is in a very high risk pregnancy after losing two babys already. She had just moved here from Libby, MT, at that time juggling two insurances. The staff and manager bent over backwards to get this done, calling insurances, coordinating services,a containsurances, etc. It took three hours, successfully I might add. Everyone in the pharmacy were pleasant and professional all that time. I'm getting ready to change pharmacies to this store. Thank you all so much!

I've loved rite aid since it was thrifty Payless. They kept most of the great things from thrifty

Place is great my usual go-to and ive never had any problems besides decently long wait times for the pharmacy.
