Really cool place to shop, they have good deals going on with the disposable vapes. The bald dude and the guy with curly hair are always laughing and smiling when I go in. And the owner always gives good deals. Fun place to shop and it’s close by the house in the neighborhood.

Good inventory. Nice cashiers. It's nice to go to a mom and pop shop and not some big corporate place that doesn't listen to customers.

Absolutely wonderful customer service

I met an sweet 59 years young lady there from the store parking lot who is a customer like me. Everything happened very unexpected started from asking me for a lighter to a full conversation. The woman is crazy with a amazing personality and the only thing she gave me was her name and it's Valerie so I call her Mama Val. She's most definitely a Mama BlocK 🤎 Bless By the Best was the Topic of our conversation and Mama Val is truly Blessed

Very helpful and respectful

After testing all the other places around Tri-Cities this is by far the coziest one I could find but the prices are excellent and the options on products is quite abundant compared to the size of the actual shop looking at it from the outside but believe it or not that little A frame building has got quite a sizable line of merchandise inside.

Besides some really decent prices, I had a very pleasant interaction with the gal that was working... and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience here. 5 stars seems appropriate :-)

Friendly, knowledgable staff. Good selection and prices, and fantastic hours compared to the other smoke shops. Sun close at 10:00, at 11:00 Mon-Thur and midnight Fri-Sat. I think those times are correct? Most close a 7:00?

I would have to say this was a great place .The store clerk was very informative. First for some who can get lost turning a couple of corners, He gave me perfect directions on the phone to the store on Clearwater Ave, Kenniwick I love it when that happens. Also the prices are pretty inexpensive . Amazing good deals on Beer & smoke accessories. Went for a friend ,ended up picking up a few extra things for myself .It will be the smoke shop for me for sure . Thanks again to the young man who worked closing hours that evening ( dag ,but I can't remember his name) I say he definitely earns his pay . Made the trip worth while.
