Red Lobster

This was our first time back to a Red Lobster in 10 years and we were pleasantly surprised! Service was great, super friendly, food was outstanding, portions were huge, prices were fair. So glad we decided to give it a try again!

Melanie is excellent. It is busy in here but she has done a great job. I had the stuffed shrimp crab Rangoon and the crab cake dinner. My husband had the mushrooms, fish and chips. I had the manager come over and tell of Melanie's great service. Thank you manager Tracy. Y'all keep up the good work. She was very attentive.

I had a great time with my wife and daughter here at Red Lobster…The staff were friendly and the food was delicious… I haven’t eaten there in a while but thanks to a friend of mine I was given a gift card for my anniversary…

Kat was a perfect server, food was mostly good. Mac n cheese was cold tho, back on a busy Sunday at 1pm 35 min wait even on wait list. Sat at bar, fast service from Ciara!

Started with a hiccup. We reserved for 10 people but didn't know till they were seating us that the tables are permanently grounded and can't be merged to accommodate larger parties. We freaked out a little because we thought we did our due diligence by planning ahead and making a reservation, but would still end up sitting separately. The manager on duty (from 2/28 6pm) handled our freakout gracefully and was resourceful in finding a resolution. Overall we started out cranky but left nice and full, and in good spirits! :)

I didn't think I would like seafood because my family doesn't like it, but I came here for the first time and was surprised I expected it to smell like fish, but it really didn't. It smelled amazing. I ordered a steak to be on the safe side, but my partner and my 2 friends (It was a double date) all got shrimp. I learned that I like calamari, shrimp scampi and grilled seasoned shrimp and never did I think I would like it. Overall experience was great. The wait was a little long but they were short on waiters and waitresses so I completely understand the wait. The waitress we had her name was Shaniquia I believe and she was super sweet and funny and just amazing attitude especially for a server. I definitely recommend and of course the biscuits were incredible. I have had the boxed mix but it definitely doesn't compare to the real thing.

Very nice experience. Hostess greeted us with a polite, warm welcome. We seated very quickly. Nate, our waiter was super. The food Walt's shrimp and coconut shrimp came out hot. Customer service seemed to be a priority with everyone we came in contact with.

Going out for dinner and getting a decent meal seems to be a challenge these days. NOT AT THIS RED LOBSTER!! Everything was perfect! Food was amazing, properly prepared, and served piping hot. Staff was amazing and we will visit this location again. Keep up the amazing work 👏 👌

Always had a positive experience whenever I have visited a Red Lobster. This location does a great job and is always friendly.

Got the stuffed mushrooms as a starter which seems to be a hit as I too would recommend them. Also great selection of teas, which to me is always a plus.

Our wife and I had the pleasure of having great dinner experiences at the Melbourne FL location. Our waitress Kam is the best! She always greets us and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is great. Top Notch Service! Thank you, we will see you soon.

Great food, Jenny was very nice

The food was great but what made our dining experience extremely pleasant was our server Dez. She was engaging, polite, and efficient. What a treasure!

My friend n I had endless shrimp. My compliments 2 chef! Absolutely everything was cooked 2 perfection! Our server was delightful! She was on her own 4 quite a bit, but managed everything perfectly! 4:30 pm time frame!

Tanya C took great care of us for our late lunch. Service was awesome. Tanya had great suggestions. Brought our drinks and those famous cheddar biscuits. I got the New Wagyu Bacon Cheeseburger with 2 patties and it was very good. I would recommend you try it. My wife got the New Baja Shrimp Bowl which was very appealing and tasty.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE! 11 out of 10 stars! Delicious food, cooked perfectly to my taste. Excellent, friendly, expeditious service! Tylynn was fabulous! She's your go-to-gal. Very attentive and accommodating to my needs and requests. Kenzie was amazing. I felt as if I had my own personal staff. HERE IT'SBEEN SAID... GO TO THE RED! THIS LOBSTER ROCKS!

I love the food here. I have always had good service. The atmosphere to me is a bit loud but it could be I have sensitive hearing. If you sit on the west side of the restaurant you will want to know how to adjust the window blinds as the sun can get in your face and make talking to others at your table uncomfortable.

Our waiter Josh made our experience so pleasant. The bread here is so so delicious I ate more bread than my meals.
Extra large Pina Colada, lemon drop martinis, and meals were delicious and appetizing.

The waitress was awesome. The food was remarkable .. live going here.. it's always amazing... And we went around 12:30.. there was no wait. The food was brought out pretty quickly and super fresh..

Had our Church's ladies luncheon here and we had a great time the service was wonderful and the food fantastic we could have asked for a better time. A special thank you to our waitress she was extra good.

I’ve come here several times and have been very pleased with the food and service. I will be coming back.
