Chipotle Mexican Grill

It was hard to find per instructions by Google for someone who doesn’t live there but I asked and someone helped me find it. It could have been a little cleaner, like the person preparing my food there was rice and tomatoes and sauce everywhere and it was on the bottom of my bowl. Also I feel like the people food was left open for too long sitting there waiting on the second person to finish the bowl so i waited till it cleared out to order. Besides that it was nice the employees were nice and I enjoyed my food! I have to remember not to get that extra scoop of rice each time lol

Clean and bright not too crowded even though it was noontime.
Standard Chipotle menu as you would expect and exactly the same prep. and presentation as any Chipotle just as it should be.

I could recommend this place for people who prefer to eat a real healthy food. In your order will be nutrition, vegetables, rice , beans and greens.

I LOVE Chipotle. This restaurant always has good food. The wait time is ridiculous during peak hours though, so keep that in mind

I ordered door dash from this location. I opened the bowl and at first was disappointed with the fact that it wasn’t as full as normal, but as I started eating it was clear that this location had gotten the ingredient ratio science down to an art. I have had 100+ chipotle bowls in my life. The one I just ate may very well be the BEST IVE EVER HAD. Thanks for the delicious lunch. <3

Whoever made my Burrito Bowl deserves a raise. The meat to rice ratio was on point. They weren’t even stingy with the amount of Guacamole they put on there!

This is the best chipotle don’t go to the one on Warwick they suck. This one has the best portions and customer service

I stopped going to the Hampton location because the service is horrible. I live about 20 minutes from the Newport News location and don't mind driving for my bowl.

It's tasty food at an affordable price. A quick lunch or you don't want to make dinner, this place is for you. Service is fast and really good.

No matter where we go Chipotle is consistently excellent

When I walked in initially, the line was almost out the door and I got discouraged. But when I saw how fast they were moving and how friendly they were, I stayed and I'm glad I did. My experience to my surprise was the best I've had at a Chipotle. Keep up the great work NN team.

I came in on a Sunday before 8pm.. it was extremely busy for the staff. I was so impressed with the way the team was moving while communicating what the hold up was. Aaron was extremely friendly and I even watched him take his time with the customers behind me. It was their first time back, and I listened as he was patient and kind with answering their questions, despite the place being packed. Awesome job from him and the team! The wait was defiantly worth it!

They always have great food and do a great job of getting pickup orders right.
Please note that as of August 6th they are requiring face masks for all customer regardless of vaccine status. Not a personal concern for me, but something that is good to know ahead if time!

This place is awesome. They did run out of guacamole one day for my online order, but I didn’t know. So I received queso instead. However, they said I could get a free bowl over the phone when I called about it and they kept to their word a week later when I went back. That kind of integrity and customer service is pretty awesome. I appreciate it a lot. Besides that everyone that works there always does a great job every time. That’s why it gets so busy sometimes!

These 5 stars are for Kevin Rodriguez. You sir, deserve all the praise. I have never in my life seen a chipotle server work the line and show so much consideration for the customer. It’s easy to talk about how awful an experience can be, but just watching you do your job made me want to leave a review. Please understand that the lady who put my rice in the bowl sounded and looked at me like she hated her job. I waited about 7-8 minutes just to get my veggies, but I can’t complain after the way you acted. Continue to do great things in life.

The food was good, tables unfortunately were not clean - had to clean my own table before eating along with store not being able to provide any change back.

Love the crew there the manager Steven always greets me when I come.. no matter the time of day they always makes me feel welcome.. my food is always tasty and hot and they not to cheap on the portions if you want extra..the staff and the food makes you love this place

My son took me and his sister there for lunch it was our first time but not his and OMG I really enjoyed the bowl
It was something different and a whole dinner in one bowl it was delicious. I'll luv to go again. The guacamole was also a great experience. I just love Chipotle.
