Unexpected visit but attractive designs and models. Bought a princess dress and toy for a baby girl. Bought toy guns 🔫 and cars 🚗 for a boy

Wow, I had not been to Burlington in many years. I do not remember if they sold such a diverse collection of merchandise previously. I know they say they're more than coats, but hey, they've given up on coats... I've included a photo of the four near empty racks of men's coats... The place is huge and I think they sell everything. Much of what they sell is similar to the stock at T J Max or Ollies, lots of discontinued items, good quality but not the latest...

Good prices, quality,everything is organized, I found all Gifts for my family in Colombia😉😉

First time coming to this store and I was very impressed with how well stocked it was. My boyfriend and I found some really nice coats for me and some beautiful Flannel shirts for him, the Christmas display was awesome! I will definitely be returning to start my Christmas shopping.

Went in there looking for a particular jacket for my daughter. One was left and had a couple of spots on it. I wasn’t certain if the spots would come out with a wash. I asked the cashier if they would consider marking it down in case I ended up being stuck with it. She took a few dollars off and told me if the spots didn’t come out, I could return it. Very nice employee, and good customer service.

Always a big fan of Burlington. Especially for art. Whether it is for the kids rooms or the living room, can always find something fun.

Nice selection of clothing. Store had lots of other items as well. Employees and manager were very professional and pleasant. I would definitely shop there again

Burlington is one of the best places to go out shopping at for everything that you need like from coats to baby toys. The workers there are really nice and friendly and always willing to be helping out their costumers. I really had a easy time finding stuff for my family when it comes to going Christmas shopping for the last time I went there a long time ago.

Lots of good items a little bit messy though. Sales clerks very nice. I purchased 4 coats in 3 days.

Today was quite literally the best day of my life. It started out with me cold, looking for a coat. I decided that I would try the Newport News Location near Target. I walked in and was greeted with a warm smile from this kind young man named Dylan. He helped find the coat of my dreams and now as I’m writing this walking to my car I am no longer cold. Dylan, bright things are ahead of you in the Burlington company!

Bought a suit online from Burlington, but it was the wrong size. Went into the store to return it, and their system was acting funky and wouldn't find the item number. However, Louise from customer service was more than patient with me and made sure that I was refunded for my purchase. Ended up buying a suit in store that was the right fit. Excellent customer service, thank you Louise!

WOW!! The new location is awesome, clean, and organized, however I didn't like how the cashier was using her cellphone during my transaction while I was asking her questions about my payments.
That wasn't appropriate!!!

Got my kids ready for school here. Had lots of options for my 12yr old son and 16yr old daughter. They were very pleased with their choices.

Customer Service was fast. The clothes were neat. Store was very clean
