Recently went shopping around for a decent, long term sofa for a new place. Every chain furniture store had a couch we liked, but for so much money. We were able to find the same sofa here for literally hundreds of dollars less.

Furthermore, the gentleman who owned the store was very kind and friendly, answered all our questions, and was very attentive during our order. He made sure to set up a delivery time that worked for us, and his delivery staff were equally great. Overall a great experience, would recommend getting any furniture from here if you can.

Paid $1600 for couch that another store was selling for $3400. That’s nearly half the price! I really enjoyed doing business with this place, not only because they were inexpensive, but because of the owner. He was super friendly and helpful with our purchase. Only took a week and half for delivery too which is a bonus!

Love the family owned and operated hometown feels this store gives you. The owner and his son were friendly & helpful. We love the product we purchased and we will be returning customers! My daughter got the same mattress they sell at Ashley's Furniture for half the price.

Bought our new recliner loveseat for the home theater. Met the online prices we found. Got the item 2 weeks earlier than promised. The delivery guys were quick, friendly and didn't leave a mess. Owner was very friendly and accommodating

My husband & I just moved from Hawaii to Tri Cities to be near our ohana (family) in Richland. We sold all our Hawaii furniture, so now we’re in need of everything but the clothes, and boxed items on shipping container en route to WA.

I heard word of mouth reviews from various vendors around town to try Beavers Furniture (locally owned), well gotta love that and support the locals is our motto : )

I walked in and was greeted by Jacob, he was not only helpful and patient with all my questions, but super friendly. After purchasing 2 upholstered bed frames, I left to check out other furnitures stores, they were not as friendly as Jacob.

I called today to add on more items to my order just because I felt comfortable talking w/Jacob. Great job, and great customer service!!! Looking forward to our furniture . Mahalo nui loa (thank you so much in Hawaiian)!!!!

We bought our sectional couch three years ago from them. We recently had a failed cushion cover. Jeremy was fast to order a replacement cover for us at no charge. We also received a replacement cover if needed for a different cushion on the sectional. Great customer service. Also a great Ashley piece at a fraction of the price.

I had been searching for a new couch for WEEKS but no where had what I was looking for (and I had literally been to every furniture store in the Tri Cities) but I came to Beaver's as a last resort - should have gone here first! They have a great range of furniture and many colors/styles to choose from. They were really patient with me walking around the store and sitting on each couch at least twice to figure out which one I liked more. Once I chose, the payment process was quick and the price was INCREDIBLE. They needed to order the specific color I wanted but delivery was quicker than they predicted. I got a call as soon as it was ready and they let me pick it up when I was able to. They were really funny but professional the whole time. When I'm ready to get more furniture, I'm excited to know that I won't have to stress about where to go, because I'll definitely be purchasing from Beaver's Furniture again! :)

Kind staff with excellent communication! We ordered a sectional from Beaver's Furniture in April and our original waiting period was 2-3 weeks for delivery, however it wound up being nearly 2 months until it was delivered because of COVID. Jeremy kept in contact with us the entire time and was prompt with updates. Although it was entirely out of his control, he was always apologetic with delays or hold ups. Hands down the best pricing around the Tri-Cities and we LOVE our sectional, so comfortable! Well worth the wait. Thank you Beaver's Furniture!

I went to Beaver Furniture to purchase a sectional and was promptly greated with exceptional service. They listened to my needs and showed me floor models as Well as online options. I ended up purchasing a sectional aswell as an adjustable bed frame. Very competitive pricing and excellent customer service. I will be doing all my future business with Beaver Furniture!

Excellent customer service. If they do not have the furniture you are looking for, shop around until you find what you want, then go back to beaver's and speak with the owners. They will always beat whatever price is at any other store. I love supporting our local small business owners!

Have bought a few furniture items over a few years. Always seem honest about prices. I believe they can order most things you see in other stores and beat there prices.
