So for those who love organic stuff, this is the place to got a bit of everything when it comes to organic medicine. They got a wide variety of herbal remedies. And if you're making your own medicine, you've got supplies for you to make your own medicine.

The employees are friendly and willing to help find what ever your looking for. However there is one employee who is not always the friendliest, and if not helping you is an option. He chooses the not. Fortunately there's always someone who's more than happy to. 😊

I came in the middle of the day on weekday and was the only customer. Right away I was greeted and asked if I needed any assistance.
I was looking for a specific cocktail of vitamins to combat a problem I’ve been having. The owner (I forgot his name) was great. He knew where each of my items were. I had like 5, and even offered up some other items that he knew were related to my problem. I will be back to continue my health journey with them.

Surprisingly large and diverse selection of food and supplements. If you want to support local business this is a good place to shop. Go there first for organic and locally sourced foods - at good prices! I only wish we had a store like this in the Chicago area. We have to stock up on our annual trip to Tri-Cities!

Wonderful place! They have everything you need to help you live a more healthy and happy lifestyle. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and provide dedicated one on one assistance and services if needed. Fantastic place if you’re looking for food and medical alternatives, or if you’re looking to break away from pharmaceuticals and get back to your roots.

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, or they’re out of a product, the staff on hand will assist in making a special order to serve your needs. Since day one and beyond, the staff have been nothing but kind, patient and helpful even to the most unreasonable customers. They’re always calm and professional, while providing a homey feel.

Since the pandemic hit, this store has been wearing and providing masks well before the mandated date. My wife (High risk) and I always feel safe and comfortable knowing the store is being well managed and taking precautions to the highest caliber.

All in all, this store has been an immense blessing on our lives, and the lives of those we recommend it to.

The store is clean, attractively arranged, and is well stocked. Their food is fresh and readily available. I especially appreciate their raw nuts, legumes, and grains. Friendly staff who are willing to research and find ingredients or foods that they don't have available. Thank you for your service to our community.

I love this store! All the employees seem like they genuinely care and genuinely want to help you. Lots of great stuff if your looking for vegan, organic, healthy lifestyle, natural remedies or bulk herbs and other items. I have been going here for years and have always felt that everyone working here truly appreciates each customer that walks through the door. Don't forget about their other location on George Washington Way in Richland as well!

They've reorganized the store. It greatly improves the flow of how they display stuff. They have an incredible wide variety of things, for such a small place. They have spices to grains. Grains to flours with gluten and gluten-free. They have a large variety of supplements. It's definitely worth the experience to go there and see all that they have. I highly recommend it as a great place to shop.

I was almost giving up on my life before coming to Highlands. I'm suffering with some sort of bowel disease and find no help with doctors I have no insurance so I'm not worth a drs time. I read about wormwood and how it helps with intestinal problems. It completely saved me, I didn't have a normal life going desperately what I felt a million times to the restroom. I'm not sure if I can be cured but I've had some calm finally I have 100% better bowel movement than I did without the product hope this helps someone in desperate need like I was.

I went in on 5/27 around 1:45pm and I was greeted by Austin, he was very knowledgeable and helpful! I’ve visited the store previous times and have never received the service that Austin gave me, in fact never been greeted but Austin turned my experience into a positive one thanks Austin, you’re a really good employee!

I love this store! Only place around here to get raw milk! They have tons of other health foods I've never found anywhere else, too. Thank you for making healthy living more accessible to us all!

While not always the lowest prices, for a small locally owned business you do an amazing job. Your product line is incomparable. We have family in Portland and they frequently have me pick up products here that they can’t find there. I love that you have so many bulk items. There are times that I only need a pound of this or an ounce (spices) of that.
While not being able to shop on Saturday is an inconvenience, I appreciate that you hold your religious views above the almighty dollar.

the only place I could find yummy vegan food options! the staff is super friendly and helpful. I’m just now using lemon I purchased, and the comparison between a yokes lemon and a HOM lemon is insane! 10/10 recommended :) nothing better than shopping local!

From Seattle and have a hard time finding health foods out here in the Tri. You guys have it all except your closed on Saturdays. One of my only days off to go shop. Otherwise, I love your shop! Thanks for not trying to poison us, unlike everywhere else.

I like the variety, they are a little spendy, but can usually find everything I need. The customer service is great. Always willing to go above and beyond to help find what I need.
