Panera Bread

Absolutely love Panera soups overall my favorite thing there! Everything else I've had there is amazing as well, drinks, pastries, pizza, sandwiches they always have something good, fresh and healthy to choose from. The restaurant is always clean and quiet with available seating. Bathrooms are always clean and well maintained. As a former DoorDasher it was one of my favorite pickup spots because it is so well organized with an alphabetical pick up area and they provide a self service station for stickers to close bags, straws, cup holders and anything you may want to be an efficient and excellent delivery driver. Great place for family dinner out, quiet date night or a quick bite thru the drive thru. Parking kinda sucks but it's a very busy area. Highly recommend!

Went to this while out of state at the suggestion of my girlfriend. Just wanted to say it was my first Panera Bread visit, and I loved it. The staff was very fast and very friendly and the soups and sandwiches we all had were delicious. If I'm in Rapid City again, I'll go straight back!

I've been here five times since it opened (3 inside, 2 drive-thru). Each time the staff was incredible kind and courteous. The food was fantastic, hot and served in a timely matter. I love the craft two so I can try new things each time. On the weekends it's quite crowded and can be tough to find a table.

I have never been disappointed at a Panera! Today we came in just after the restaurant stopped serving breakfast but the staff was sympathetic and allowed us to still order the breakfast sandwiches. I got the egg white avocado spinach and my husband got the egg and sausage- we both enjoyed our meal. Thanks to the crew at Panera for always being awesome and friendly!

Always good. Very clean and consistent. Just Panera but this is a well managed location.

I come here about once every other week roughly. I have never had an experience that I didn't like. Staff are amazing, when it's early in the morning it can be hard to smile. Not only do these amazing workers have a smile on their face but they make me smile as well. With my rough appointments, it is so relaxing that I can just unwind before the beginning of my day in an environment that I feel very comfortable in. This Panara does just that. You all are amazing, keep up the great work!

Great meal, thoughtful service, prices above average. The chicken and wild rice soup is a must! Orange scones make a great carryout dessert.

Being new to Panera I had trouble figuring out how to order and how to get my coffee ans food. This nice young lady named Jada was so helpful with a big smile. I appreciate the great customer service and plan to frequent the place more since it’s not confusing anymore!

Made a lackluster experience great! Today I was craving a soup bread bowl and decided to order lunch for the office. Our order came quickly via DoorDash and everyone's food was correct and delicious, except my bread bowl was missing. When I called, they were initially going to credit me for the meal because they didn't have anyone to deliver, however when realizing we were just a few minutes away, they jumped in the car and brought it over. Massive save for someone who just really wanted a bread bowl today. Thank you.

One of my favorite breakfast places. I absolutely love the four cheese souffle. Unfortunately for me I am not an early to rise person and more times than not I am disappointed that they are gone. Although last Saturday I was determined to be there early. I got there to find you wouldn't be open for another 20 minutes, so ran to Target down the street, took too long and you were out when I got back about 45 minutes later. Fortunately your bacon egg and cheese on a brioche bun was a decent substitute this time.

Modern setting with new options for ordering ahead, ordering at a quick kiosk, or ordering at your table. Menu is consistent with other locations. They will get you with the .99 add on treat, but who cares? They're so amazing! Coffee was hot and not burned or bitter. Half and half was cold and fresh.

Ty was awesome! It’s so nice to go somewhere with great food and get great service too. The grilled Mac and cheese sandwich was delicious. Thank you Ty for the recommendation.
