We rented a car for 15 days. We put 2700+ miles on our trip. Car was great and much appreciate Jeff picking us up and dropping off at airport. Great experience and would highly recommend and use in the future. Thanks again!

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME! They switch our pick up location to Rapid City due to our RV breakdown. Jeff picked us up and supplied good Chevy sedan. Week later they changed out this to minivan so we could continue our trip. The guys then supplied us with restaurants and great places to go around the area. ALL of these SUGGESTIONS were WONDERFUL!!! So deal with TEAM Car Rental and tourist guide suggestions included. They truly treated us like family. USE THEM!

I have had the opportunity to rent a car with more publicized and popular agencies but TEAM CAR RENTALS in Rapid City, South Dakota has exceeded all my expectations. The prices are much lower than those of the competency. Cars are very updated. I got a Chevrolet Impala 2018 to fit a family of 4. Great car!! Customer service is excellent, very professional and friendly. I have no words to express the golden, outstanding service that Mr. J.T. Iszler offered to me and my family. I feel very confident to rent with TEAM CAR RENTALS again and I will be more than happy to recommend this service to anyone who wants to go to Rapid City, SD. :)

Very good customer service. Vehicle was clean. We had a bit of a problem with the vehicle while they were closed. Oil light came on. Sent a text and reply was prompt. We were offered a replacement vehicle which they would drive to us. We opted to check oil, found it to be low. Bought oil, filled and no further problems. They gave us a discount for our troubles and a free ride back to the airport! All and all, good service.

Nice people, excellent customer service, good communication, convenient location in Rapid City. We were really appreciative that they were able to accommodate a special request. This was our 2nd time renting from Team and we’ll be back. Thank you Team Rental!

Had a great experience with this company renting a vehicle for sight seeing. Much cheaper than other rental companies in the area, vehicle was good for touring, check in was quick and simple. They were friendly and didn't try to upsale me on anything. Drop off even when they were closed was allowed. Would definitely rent from them again.

My experience with Team Auto was outstanding. They were very helpful and very friendly. They even gave us dinner suggestions in Deadwood which were delicious. The car was clean and in great shape. It gave us zero problems. I highly recommend renting a car from them. When we return to the Black Hills area, we will definitely use their services again.

There was not one rental company at the airport that had any cars available and we were on the verge of canceling our entire trip to Mount Rushmore area. We were referred to Jeff at Team Car Rental by our Motel, when I called them to explain our disappointment. There were only two cars left at Team car rental and we were greatly relieved. We are so pleased and impressed with the quality and care we received that I would highly recommend renting any vehicle
From them. We certainly will in the future when we revisit This area in the future.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to for this group of wonderful people. I had numerous calls to the big rental companies to try to get a rental vehicle for my vacation and I could never speak to a real person, but once I did get through it was someone not at the actual place of business-a call center every time. I called Team out of frustration with the big rental companies and got a Hello, how can I help you. WOW, I was amazed- a real person. Not press one for English, but a real person! I got a reservation for a car in 30 seconds! Helped me out with the must sees, talked to me the day before, picked me up at the airport and dropped me off at the end. It was the best car rental service I've had so far. Oh, by the way did I tell you they were even less expensive than the big companies too! I am in the automotive industry, so I know more than most about cars. Trust me when I say I wish they were nationwide. Every one I talk to was so impressed with our trip photos that they too will be heading to Rapid City guess where they will be getting their car? Thats right, from Team car rental!

They were great and took care of us. We had a car rental that was split up between 2 cars because of the busyness of summer. However, they were able to work it out so that we picked up the our car rental and did not have to trade vehicles in the middle of our vacation. They were also quite the tour guides and were able to tell us about some sites we might have missed during the trip. We would definitely use Team Car Rentals again.

We called just before closing and they were wonderful! A nice 2018 Ford Edge- perfect for our sightseeing purposes with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Leather heated seats, dual air control and full tank of gas. Very polite staff. Reasonably priced. Clean vehicle. We would rent from them again.

We had a very difficult time finding a rental car with the typical names (Avis, Enterprise, etc.). Thankfully we came across the guys at Team and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Pricing and options were better than the competition and Shane was extremely helpful from start to finish. The location is a short distance from the airport and pick-up/drop off was a breeze. No long lines and the car was exactly what we needed. Glad these guys are around and a much better option than the competition. Thanks again for a great visit!

I would highly recommend Team Car Rentals. There rates were much better than the airport’s rates. Also their customer service was very friendly and family oriented. The vehicle was dependable and perfect for traveling around the Black Hills. Should we return to the area we will certainly use Team Car Rentals again. Rent your vehicle from them, you won’t be sorry!

These guys were terrific! We saved so much money by taking a Lyft from the airport and renting local. Everyone we met there was Midwest nice. Plus, they had an awesome dog named Duck in their business and they gave us lots of travel tips from a “local perspective.” It was a win all the way around. Highly recommend.
