Room is clean nothing special..old odor but older place

Sign said rooms start at $30 but the cheapest "available" room was a double-twin at $55 -- only $10 less than a room in a chain hotel across the street, and way more of a dive. The room did smell like cleaning products instead of cigarettes, so it might count as good value if you can actually get a room for $30.

I personally hated this place. The beds were uncomfortable, the sink leaked so you can't put anything under it, the shower had peeling plastic and just looked dirty, towels were small and thin. wouldn't personally recommend it.
