Corral Apartments

I stayed at Coral for 6 months for a travel nurse contract at Monument Health. They are very clean and quiet apartments. All the apartments are clean and remodeled. I never had any issues there.

If you're looking for an awesome studio apartment then this place is for you! Very reasonably priced, furnishings included, and just a couple minutes from Downtown with great bars and restaurants. The management is extremely nice and competent and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. They also provided very fast wifi and cable which was a huge plus!

The old man and his wife that own the place are real and down to earth, they definitely restored my faith in humanity. My wife moved here 3 weeks before I was able to make it up here. She was hit in the face with a bottle while trying to give a street person a dollar, and spent about 6 hours in the hospital and missed two days of work. I arrived the next day on the bus we don't own a vehicle at this time and she was stuck staying with a relative that was into drugs and I didn't want that for her or myself. We had to of walked around this town I bet 20 miles looking for places for rent and to pick up her pay check. After missing two days of work because of trying to help a homeless person, her check was not what she had expected. Some needed a room for the night and called the Corral motel they had one room so we got here as quick as we could and got the room. This was on the 24th and after all the walking we did. And the fact that this place is close to where my wife works this place is perfect for us. I went in to pay for the next night not wanting to leave I spoke with the man about taking some collateral for the next three nights until I got my disability pay. He told me he would take my word for it and trust me. People like this are few and far between. Just don't mistake his kindness for weakness, because I'll be around to help him out with what ever he needs. Feel free to stop by and meet these people and stay the night if your in the area, and they have an empty room. It's great to see that there are still some mom&pop places around

Very friendly staff, everything was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and a perfect location! I highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a place to stay!

My place was awesome! All the furnishings were included, couch, bed, etc. The people running the place were great too, very helpful and kind. :)

The owner of the corrall motel, earl is a nice person to let the homeless stay there with what little money they may or may not have..GB them for there kindness..

Managers a perv. Like to try and buy prostitutes. To nosey don't give his tenants privacy. Might as well rent the place by the hr. And slap a condom stand at the front desk. Rents weekly thoe.

This is affordable housing for Rich people? Lol.. not a motel,..way overpriced, horrible location.cheaper to stay monthly in many places.

I called to leave a number with person that was staying there and the manager hung up on me very disrespectful and very unprofessional do not go to corral motel
