Best eye clinic I ever been too. Went here unexpectedly and late notice, I called the day before and they had not ONE BUT TWO appointments at such sort notice!! Im sure glad we decided to go here as they have the best equipment, best doctors, amazing workers out front, great glasses selection.. Whole place is a overall 10 out of 10!

The entire time at Dr. Ice's office is absolutely fantastic.

Dr. Ice helped me after a negative visit at another doctor's office, and made me feel so comfortable and cared for. He has an honest, no-nonsense attitude and didn't try to "over sell" to me, which I greatly appreciated. His entire staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is light and easy-going.

Andrea, in particular, is especially terrific. She spent a lot of time with me finding the right frames, and put up with my indecisiveness. I'm very grateful for her, and the rest of the staff, for making this process easy.

Can't recommend them all enough.

This is the second time that I’ve gotten my glasses from here and and will never go anywhere else. I’m always treated with great customer service and can get my glasses very quickly. Very reasonable price! The staff hands-down is super friendly and super helpful. Ask for Lisa! She is the best!

Excellent service. Nice and clean procedures during these times. They were able to quickly do my eye exam and send me home with a new pair of glasses since mine were broken. Not only was it all quick and affordable, they also have a huge array of frames to pick from, I was able to find a perfect frame with a style I have never tried before. I left very happy and would return again if I wasn't moving.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Ice and his staff! Dr. Ice makes you feel so comfortable, and he goes above and beyond for all his patients! Koree is the absolute best at finding the exact glasses you need! She is so friendly! Had the most amazing experience here and will never go anywhere else. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Ice for 5 years. From the time you walk in they make you feel completely comfortable. He gives the most complete eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Ice explains all the test he’s doing and explaining all results as it happens. When you leave I’m very happy that he can see why and how my vision is changing. Thank you to the staff also who also were very pleasant.

I’ve been a regular client at budget optical for years. I love the staff. Every year I go they always remain so friendly and help you in every way they can. The Drs there are also friendly and knowledgeable about the latest items. My new contacts feel like gel, like they aren’t even there! They make you feel appreciated by birthday cards or friendly reminders in the mail that my eyes need checked! 😀 Giving it that small town feel and I dig that!! also I decided to get glasses along with my contacts and the girls were super helpful when I came to picking my glasses out, even with social distancing. Then the glasses were ready in less than an hour!! Talk about A++ all around. If you haven’t went here you need to!!! ❤

My whole family enjoys going to Dr. Ice! He does a very thorough exam and has the support staff that makes his office the complete package. Tara is so friendly, personable and helps with everything and Toby makes sure you are looking your best in stylish specs. Thanks for being such an awesome place!

Dr. Ice has been my optometrist since I moved to Rapid City 24 years ago. Shortly after I moved to Rapid City, I had some eye issues and I called a couple of optometrists who said they were booked. When I called his office and explained what was going on, I was told that my eyes needed looked at and to come down, they would squeeze me in. Since then, I have always experienced prompt, friendly, reliable service. Dr. Ice doesn’t try to sell a bunch of things you don’t need and I don’t hesitate to recommended him to others.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ice for 30 years! Both of my sons are also patients. I would highly recommend Dr Ice and his staff. My experience has always been great and their selection of frames is amazing!

From the moment I entered the building, my daughter and I were treated very well. All staff were incredibly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Dr. Randolph is highly skilled and great with kids and parents alike.

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Moriarty here for at least 10 years. He's very good. My eyes have unfortunately outgrown my current Rx, I will return there as soon as I'm able to fit a new eye exam into my budget. He's very good with children too, always treated my daughters with kindness (and humor) : )

Dr. Scott and his staff treat me very good. I really like this place and you can definitely find a good deal on some frames here without breaking the bank. Oh, and they’ve always squeezed me in right away same day every time! Thank you so much 😊

Amazing! I accidently left my contacts in another state and they were able to get me a replacement immediately! While I was there I also bought a pair of blue light blocking glasses! I've been working on computers all week and my eyes are getting tired. I'm excited to try them! Did I mention they were custom within minutes!!!

It can be challenging to find optometrists who do not treat you like just another number. My family has been seeing the Ellenders for many years and they are phenomenal. They take time to explain the things you need to know about your eye sight. The technicians are just as friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

A+mazing staff and excellent Dr! Was able to get everything done within a hr. Clean office and great selection of glasses. I definitely recommend coming here over any optical please in rapid!

Went in a few months back. After having lasic for 12 years I was having trouble driving at night. They got me in quick and now with the new glasses I can safely drive at night again! Very happy with everyone there!
