Go talk to Paul if you need any help here. He went well out of his way to help me with a battery warranty issue. Tried to charge up my battery for a test which ended up reading BAD so he went to another store to get me a different battery for my truck in case I wanted a new one since the store didn't have my specific battery at the time. Then said if I wanted the same battery he would order it for me and I could come back and pick it up when it arrives. The whole process took hours because the battery had charging issues but he worked with me the entire time and was very understanding about my concerns. His boss was aware of my issues and was very quick to make sure I knew they'd do whatever needed to be done to get me back up and running. I appreciate the help I received here and glad to know I'm getting the battery I need for my truck.

I don't really know much about cars, but the splash guard under my car had lost its clips and I needed to buy some. I did not know what I needed exactly, but (DAN) from Autozone helped me everystep of the way. The clips that were "meant" for my car didn't fit for some reason, but DAN found a way to securely get my splash guard put in place with using universal clips. What I had spent over an hour trying to figure out on my own, DAN fixed in around 5 minutes.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and time that the employees took to help myself, and other customers in the store.

It was a spectacular experience and (DAN) made sure it was that way.

Store Manager Jenny Troiber just replaced (and taught me how to replace) the headlight on my old Honda Element. She also helped me with a check engine light.

On the evening December 3, 2022, I went to the AutoZone on East North Street on a spur of the moment decision to purchase a couple of items. There was a man and woman working that night and the store did not have what I was looking for in stock. The woman called the AutoZone on Mount Rushmore Road to see if they had what I needed. While she was doing that, the man went to the back of the store just to double check to see if they happened to have what I needed. After checking he informed me that they were indeed out of what I was needing. The woman informed me that the other AutoZone did have what I was looking for. I drove to the other AutoZone and got the items I was looking for. I really appreciated the great customer service of the two employees at the North Street location for going out of their way to help me. Very friendly staff providing great customer service and I will definitely return there the next time I am in need of something. I just wish I had taken note of their names so that the manager and owner would know who they were. Thank you

Good parts store. One in rapid even has a self checkout. Good for when they are busy looking up parts and you only need one quart of oil.

I would like to say how grateful I am for all the helpfulness from Ashton Kuck. Ashton went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to obtain everything I needed to swap out my alternator. As I was from out of town on vacation, Ashton was very knowledgeable with what I would need to get my car back up and running. Keep up the great work Ashton!

One of the employees, Justin on the East North Autozone absolutely crushed it today. (9 Jan 2022). If the manager sees these, which let's hope they do because reviews are super important....give this man a raise. It's hard to find good people that handle business like him. 3 employees quit, he had three phone calls from customers, all while printing me an oil filter ticket that helped me tremendously. All the while, the other employee there was getting swamped by customers. By the time I left there were two more employees that showed up because Justin made it happen. Hook this guy up.

During the coldest week of the year (-30 wind chill) I traveled 3 hours to Rapid City for a specialty medical appointment. To my dismay, the heater stopped working and engine began to overheat in my vehicle. Upon advice from my brother, I pulled into Auto Zone. The gentleman, DJ, did an outstanding job with assisting me. Even to the extent of locating a cab company to get me to my appointment. He insisted we wait inside in the warmth of the store. Which I might add was immaculate! My granddaughter and I noticed how ALL customers were treated with respect and kindness. Professionalism at it's best! Hats off to this business! I appreciate you!

We are on a month long trip pulling an RV. We've had a battery issue developing. The crew here was friendly and responsive.

It's my usual go to for auto parts. This summer there were a few guys I've seen at other parts stores working there and they were less than friendly. But I went back a week or so ago and there is almost a whole new crew working and they try to make sure you have the right parts and a pleasant experience. There are a few new hires that are still green but like I said, positive attitudes and I will definitely be going back for those odds and ends

Favorite store. The manager Jess was extremely helpful especially with my million and 1 questions and price comparisons. He always recognizes me and provides great customer service whenever I have to stop by. Highly recommend !

Great customer service

Went in with a after market light build that I had no luck finding a replacement for. I went to a few other places in town and they we’re unable to help. When I went into autozone I was met by Amy. She took time to help figure out the exact bulb assembly I had. She was very knowledgeable and polite. I can’t say enough about the great service she showed me. Thank you Amy!
