We've eaten here for lunch several times this summer, and bought their fresh sausage and loved it! The staff and ownership are beyond helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! Can't wait for their lunches again, and to try their smoked turkey legs!

Talk about Customer Service! I was lucky enough to harvest a mule deer on a Monday. Some nasty weather was coming in the town Wednesday into Thursday. These guys were able to process my animal in less than four hours so I can head back to New York before the storm hit. All I can say is if you want custom meats or game processing done, I highly recommend this guys! Great experience. If/when I’m back in town I’ll definitely swing by with or without game to process. Top notch!

Cooking a big pot of fresh garden tomatoes, I felt they deserved a better sausage than found at most grocery stores. Google Maps suggested this meat market. The staff was friendly and helpful and the prices were reasonable. The German-style sausage paired well with the sauce. It was well flavored with a great fat ratio, cooking down moist without drowning in fat. I will gladly return and try some of their other case meats.

Went for the first time today, they cut us some nice thick ribeyes. Super friendly and helpful, Cut our steaks exactly how we wanted. Looked great, good marbling! Just finished having one of them and it might be the best steak I’ve ever had.

Here on vacation with family that lives in SD. Wanted to do a dinner for them and did a search for a meat market. Came here and got some polish sausage. Everyone enjoyed the dinner and commented on how great the meal was. The staff At the store were quite helpful. Definitely recommend this market.

Great knowledgeable meat cutters, best meat market in town. Had them butcher a steer for us, hands down the best experience from kill to table we have ever experienced. The meat is perfect won't go anywhere else from here on out.

The moment I walked into this shop I was impressed. You can see that they put alot of effert and energy behind the scenes to provide a great service for our community. The two times I have walked through the doors I was greeted almost as if I was fimiliar. ( Great customer service is a big thing with me) Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. It brings me back to a time when your local butcher shop was a weekly stop. Thats not even the best part. My dishes taste better and its less expensive then my weekly trip to a chain grocery store for my meat. Oh and in addition to all the things you buy do yourself a favor and pick up their farm sausage. It makes the best biscuits and gravy for Sunday breakfast.

I had Spilde’s Italian Brats last Friday that were OUTSTANDING!!!! Taste, flavor and seasoning were AWESOME. Stopped this weekend and picked up a Tri Tip......OUTSTANDING QUALITY meat....Supper was a Double Thumbs up!!!

The cuts are top notch. The house made sausages are all excellent. The owner is a super nice guy. They even do custom game processing. Oh and its affordable. Stop reading and go check it out.

Friendly service, meat cut to your preference. I purchased pork chops and steaks. The steak you could cut with a fork no need for a knife, amazing quality meat. Will definitely be back!!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a month and couldn’t ask for more. Not only are their prices better than other butchers in town, the meat is much higher quality. I come at least once a week and every time they’re happy to grab whatever I want, their ground beef is way cheaper than the grocery stores as well!

This place is amazing! Their stew meat was delicious and tender, sausages are full of flavor and the owner is So helpful and friendly. This is where we are buying our meat from now on!

Probably one of the firsts to get the freezer packer deal. Every single cut of meat I’ve had has been excellent! Wife and I stop there at least 4 times a month to get sausage and other random things not included in the freezer.

Excellent turn around time on game processing. Gave me exactly what I asked for with excellent packaging and options. Very professional group. Tanner has phenomenal customer service.

The meat is amazing, we got a freezer pack and I'm beyond happy the variety and quality. Once we have used it all up we will be sure to return for more!

They processed our elk and did a great job. We had our meat back by the next day! The best experience I have ever had getting game processed in the hills.

Well you get 3 boneless rib eyes and spend 70.00 dollars they should not have bones! They were good but got charged for it being boneless instead of bone in! No one answers the phone with my comment!

Great help, prices were excellent, meat was very high quality, beef and pork, lots of homemade sausages, true butcher shop with processing.
