Got a phone upgrade today & I was assisted by Arnell. he was very patient with my indecisiveness, kind, & was able to answer various questions I had. Also a good sense of humor. Definitely a valuable employee!

Steve provided top tier service to us. His professionalism and patience made our switching phones easy and quick. He had great conversation with us and always smiling. THANKS Steve!

A few months ago I purchased a T-Mobile home internet at this location. Jasmeen was so very helpful, friendly and professional. She set up my unit quickly and answered all my questions. Today I went back to that store for repair of one phone and replacement of another. Again I was fortunate to have Jasmeen assist me. In this day of dismal customer service in most industries, Jasmeen is a shining star and I hope the company appreciates her as much as I do.

Natosha was amazingly helpful tonight. She talked with my mother on the phone and problem-solved several different layers to find a solution to successfully transfer our service. Thank you so much!

I went to the TMobile store on Scott Blvd in Decatur today for help with a phone set up for my mom. It is a phone specifically for people with dementia. Kenneth helped me with it. He quickly realized that my mom’s service is actually with Metro PCS but continued to help us nonetheless. He has nothing to gain from it but was still happy to help as much as he could. He was so kind and worked hard to help us with the set up. He is a super nice guy and was very helpful. The store is nice and clean and all of the employees were very friendly. I recommend Kenneth and this TMobile store.

Store Manager, Natasha, and Associate, Steve R, provided some of the best customer service my boyfriend have experienced in a long time. Long time Boost customers, we were ready to change carriers and the information and advice Natasha and Steve provided us was so helpful, but it was their patience, friendliness, knowledge, and thoroughness that really made the decision easy for us. I highly recommend this store!

I visited the Scott blvd location and I spoke with Juan Bonilla who was extremely charismatic! Right away I appreciated his honesty as I went in for an upgrade and he told me there was nothing wrong with my phone! However we were able to flawlessly complete an upgrade on my Apple watch! He was very attentive while still assisting arriving guest. The watch size will take some getting used to but I am excited about upgrading it! I also got a recommendation for what seems like it will be a sweet movie!!! Thanks a lot!

I had an amazing first experience with T-Mobile today. I was a sprint customer just trying to fix a broken phone but I hadn’t realized there were no more sprint stores. With a quick google search I realized I needed to head to my local T-Mobile. Juan Bonilla greeted me, kept everyone in the store entertained & also managed to get me to upgrade. Amazing customer service all around but special thanks to Juan. He needs a raise!!
