Buying video game controllers is the only time I buy a protection plan. This is the place I buy them at. $15 each time you add a plan to the new controller. Way cheaper in the long run.

Found exactly what I was looking for!! Game Stop at the mall doesn't have near the game selection but this one does and the staff are very kind and helpful

The store leader Richard went above and beyond helping his customers who got a display case in a out of town store making sure that we got what we paid for and that the other store sent the game over I just want to say thank you for that.

The service was amazing. The associate was unable to help us with the inventory at his store but called across town and ended up placing a delivery to our home, for my son. He was also very knowledgeable.

I have always had a good experience when visiting this Game Stop. This is now the 3rd time that Rich, in particular, has gone above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. Great store, with the staff always willing to lend a helping hand!

This GameStop is larger than most and always clean and organized. I have never been screwed over by game stop and they have always been more than fair with trade in prices however I always trade in 5 or more and watch out for trade in bonuses. The employees are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all games. I would recommend this GameStop over the others in rapid.

I forgot the gentleman's name that was working today but he was too notch. I sure hope you keep that store around. We stop every time we are in Rapid. Came home to a very grateful 15 year old!

Customer Service is always excellent. We are always greeted with a warm and friendly hello. The staff is genuinely interested in helping is find exactly what we are looking for (sometimes we didn't even know we were looking for it)

Customer service was stellar here. It actually involved an employee from the other location. Upon my arrival, I got exactly what I was looking, they even had it ready and waiting for me at the register. I feel both employees went above and beyond, the stellar customer service will stand out for me as a collector. I got the sense that communication is an integral part of the corporate culture for South Dakota's Gamestop locations (#CorporateCultureTheory) and look forward to witnessing this again in the future.

Fast, convenient, not crowded. Staff was amazing! Helped in a very timely manner. Answered every question mostly helped with what I needed mainly wanted.

There are 3 GameStops in town and this is by far the best one in town. The staff is very helpful and kind. They give their honest opinion about games and systems and are always there to answer any questions. The Southside store would be the second best and the Mall location is way crowded and the service seems fake or nonexistent. I only go to the mall if the other two stores don't have what I am looking for.

Best Gamestop I have even visited! Employees are always helpful and excited about talking video games, movies, etc. They just seem happy to be there in general! I always get what i feel is a fair price. I mean we are talking video games and electronics they do not hold their value people! Stop expecting to get full retail when you trade in. Be smart and check the Gamestop website for trade in bonus.

They always are helpful when I either can't find something or am even just browsing and have questions this place usually has what I am looking for or they will tell me where to look if they don't have it or they will order it if they can.

By far my favorite GameStop!!! Everyone that works there is so friendly and knowledgeable. They also have such a great selection of both new and used games.
