Dunkirk Family Practice Pa

The best practice I have ever been to. From day one, they were welcoming and caring. The front desk staff is so kind. I have seen both NP Danielle Hudson and Amy Mcginn and I cannot say enough good things. They both listen to my concerns and take time figuring out treatments. I have never felt like I was just another patient which has happened at plenty of practices. I am sooo happy I found them. Everyone who works here is amazing!

Dr. Brophy has been my GP (and my family's as well) for many years. She is the most professional and compassionate Dr. I have ever had . She truly cares about her patients. I feel very comfortable with her and her nurse Amanda. I could confide in her her about anything , she is like family. Dr. Brophy and Dr. Denekas (now retired) has helped our family through some hard journeys. The Staff as well as other doctors are all wonderful ! I cannot say enough good things about Dunkirk Family Practice, they are all very kind and always go above and beyond.

I've been a patient since I was 7 and I'm now in my 30s. I've seen every doctor and NP on staff and have had wonderful experiences with all of them. Dr. Brophy is my primary, along with CRNP Hudson, and I've had tremendous success in treatment and prevention.
The entire team is humane, experienced, and professional. I live out of the county, but still have Dunkirk Family Practice as my primary care provider.

Really glad to see such a wonderful Medical Office here in Calvert County. Also a very nice office after the renovations, comfortable reception/patient rooms as well. Danielle Hudson is fantastic and the staff is very friendly, particularly Angel!

I have been going to see Dr. Owens since moving to Calvert over 20 years ago. She is a wonderful and practical doctor that tells you like it is. She won my trust then and continues through this day. Most highly recommended.

Dr Brophy is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Her staff always treats me with warmth and compassion. They have all helped me monitor my health. Therefore, I appreciate them all beyond belief.

Have been coming here for 10 years, moved out of the area but always come back in town just to see Dr. Denekas. Great atmosphere and caring staff willing to work with your schedule and fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Wouldn't want to be treated anywhere else!

This is a wonderful collection of health care providers. Caring and empathetic, they spend all the necessary time with my family each time we need to visit. We are so happy to have found this group.

Great sraff, Dr. Brophy is the best!

Sadly we had to move on from Dr Brophy. Despite the friendliness of the staff in the four years we've been going there, one MAJOR issue forced us to move on. They do not follow CDC-guidance with vaccines, and would not even administer one to our son unless we were on state insurance. At their direction, we contacted our state health department to see where we could get him the needed vaccine, and the administrator was shocked that we were even having this issue. My recommendation is to stay on top of the CDC vaccine schedule, and make sure you are getting the proper vaccines at the proper times for your children. Don't trust them to do so, or you risk missing vaccines, which could cause problems for school and daycare like it did for us.

Patient was informed of a new diagnosis over the phone but no option to come in and speak with provider. Has to research all on own.

I am just writing this review now because I forgot to do it year ago. This office seem like to care for the patients over the phone to much. What? A doctor office that don’t have time to see their patients. I was diagnosed over the phone and results read over the phone not even by the doctor. Very very bad. What is wring with doctos in America that want to do what is easy and still be rich?
