The UPS Store

Every person who works at this ups store is remarkable. I sent 80 pieces of antique china to Massachusetts; each piece arrived in perfect condition; they took extraordinary care in packing. Another time a young staffer designed and printed a beautiful birthday card for my granddaughter. They are talented, kind and know how to deliver a great service. Lucky us.

I use the UPS store in Dunkirk frequently and have never had a bad experience there. I am always greeted as soon as I enter and everyone there has always been friendly and helpful. I mailed Christmas gifts out of the country for the first time yesterday and a young man named Brad helped me tremendously with the process. He was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Brad! Merry Christmas!

Erin was phenomenal, very kind and considerate to all customers. The other gentleman there was very honest and helpful too. If possible, please reduce the $5 printing fee for a normal piece of paper with the simple return info label on it, this would really help with convenience! Thank you

Erin was very helpful today. I was a bit flustered, trying to get a large, heavy item packaged and shipped last minute while still making my flight ✈ later that day.

Erin was very polite and went above and beyond to ensure everything was successful and smooth (despite the constant bombardment of customers dropping off Amazon returns!).

The other gentleman in the store was also very polite and helpful, asking if I needed anything.

Customer service, politeness, and friendliness seems to have been forgotten in many retail establishments these days, but I can say that the UPS Store in Dunkirk is a refreshing reminder that is still exists. Thank you so much, Erin!

Long line in store but Grace was very proactive in seeking out what she could do for those waiting. She promptly assisted me in getting an email printed out and was very courteous with myself and all guests, even assisting another customer with retrieving packages from their vehicle.

Great experience at the UPS Store. Exceptional customer service. I was greeted warmly when entering the store. The clerk was patient while I searched for the code on my phone for a return. It only took me about 5 minutes to complete my return.

My go to ups store for my Amazon returns, always fast and easy. Great help for other things as well. Had a mix up with address on a box from a previous Tennant box getting delivered to I stead of actual address. They helped get the box to where it needed to go.

Never had a bad problem at this location and they are always usually very friendly and helpful.

My experiences at this store have always been nothing but good! Great customer service and I get assisted or acknowledged within 1 minute of entering, every single time! No matter what!
Lots of snowflake reviews regarding “mistreatment”.
I was present for 1 of these occasions. Customer was all encompassingly in the wrong, yet wrote a scathing review. Always take bad reviews with a grain of salt… or the entire shaker. Whatever.

Beth at the Dunkirk MD UPS Store gave me excellent service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Took me less than 5 minutes to complete my business.

Because of COVID I don't venture out very often, but I did make a trip to the UPS Store recently to drop off 2 Amazon returns. I walked into the store at 3:57 pm. I told the staff that I realized it was very last minute and that I would come back if needed. The 2 young men behind the counter assured me it was not a problem. They assisted me in my returns, staying beyond their closing time. They even helped the gentleman who followed me into the store. You don't find that kind of service very often these days. It was much appreciated.

I have a amazing customer service Erin J. Was so Amazing very kind and respectful she went beyond my needs I call ahead that I need a print 30X42 when I arrive she has the printer ready took her time to fold my plans and help me pack everything and shipped walk me through prices and what the store offers very helpful she saved me 2 hrs. Trip to FedEx thank you Erin.
