Dunn's Floor Covering

This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They were hired as a contractor through my builder K&P homes. Someone came to my home back on August 20th without materials to fix my floor and they still have not returned to fix the floor and it is now the end of February. Myself and my husband called numerous times to receive an update of “I don’t know”. Apparently, they only have one person that can help who went on maternity leave at first and now that she is back, she is never at work. The operations manager Jason Lohmann said he was going to help and follow-up in 48 hours back in October and I’m still waiting and it’s the end on February. I have sent him emails and left voicemails and I still haven’t heard from him. Don’t waste your time with this company. Your money will be spent with poor workmanship and you having to pay someone else to fix their damage.

Do not buy flooring from this company. They installed the flooring in our new build and the “more expensive” carpet, LVP, and carpet padding has more issues then we can count. Loose floor boards, carpet tacking strips poking our children through the edges, carpet already matting down after only a few weeks, holes in the padding that can be felt through the carpet, carpet pulling up on the edges. Honestly the list goes on. For the price we paid for this flooring it should have been perfect and it is nowhere close. When asking the company to come fix these issues they either do not show up or give excuses for why these things are the way they are.
