Creekside Dental

I've been going to Creekside Dental ever since I moved to the Tri Cities and I have never had a bad experience. I'm always thrilled to have Jasmine as my hygienist and the doctors are all incredibly friendly. They will spend time with you to answer all you're questions and are genuinely interested in what you have to say.
I personally don't get anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist, but the fact that they have small amenities to make your visit more comfortable has always stood out to me. Things like a stress ball, earplugs, aromatherapy, a warm blanket, and others just impressed me.
I highly recommend Creekside Dental and enjoy my visits here.

Walking in, the front staff were very welcoming. The dental assistant made sure I was comfortable and very informative. Dr. Bennett was also very welcoming, concise and gave treatment options that best suited my needs. The hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth without feeling any pain! Great experience!

I had never been to the dentist and chose Creekside based on the reviews. I have not been disappointed between the checkups and additional work I've had done! They're all super nice, professional, and aim to give a good environment.

Having a great experience so far with Dr. Jordan, assistant Rosa and Dental Hygienist Barb. Have all made me feel a part of their office. I am glad I've switched Dental offices. Everyone is very professional and clean which is what I appreciate the most. They are always making sure the patient is comfortable through every step and procedure.

I felt very welcomed right away at my first appointment. My dental hygienist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had anything I wanted or needed. I felt very listened to and taken care of during this visit. Best dental clinic I have ever been to!

My first time visiting Creekside dental was awesome. Rebecca my dental assistant was really nice and knowledgeable.My Dentist was also awesome. He explained everything to me that needed to be done .They both asked if I had any other questions or concerns! My son recommended Creekside and stated that it is a great place and it ! I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

My visit to Creekside Dental was a great experience. Barb and Dr Bennett made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Visiting the dentist has never been my favorite place to go but this visit was outstanding. If you are uneasy about going to the dentist I would highly recommend Dr Bennett and his team at Creekside.

I have had extremely bad experiences my whole life going to the dentist, this caused great anxiety. It was so severe I would cry just making dentist appointments. That all changed when I started going to Creekside dental 10 years ago. They are patient, kind and understanding of dentist anxiety. Dr. Bennett said give him 6 visits before my anxiety went away, I don't think it even took that long.

I been coming to Creekside Dental for a few years now and they are all amazing. The staff, the doctors, and the dental hygienist are all very caring. I usually see Dr. Kimball (he’s amazing), but I have also been treated by the other doctors and they are all amazing too. Very professional and caring! Regardless of what doctor or dental hygienist I see, I always have a wonderful experience. The doctors and the dental hygienist at Creekside Dental truly care about their patients and it’s a dental office I genuinely trust with my dental care.

I was hesitant to switch dentists but due to location finally decided it was time. One of your staff, Tara Gilbert, had told me about all your office has to offer and although I haven’t been going long, I see that she is right. I was very impressed at my 1st visit and felt comfortable and like I made the right choice. It was clean, everyone was so friendly, and I even got a birthday gift for going in on my birthday. I would highly recommend the office to anyone.

I love Creekside Dental! I came back to them after 5 years due to insurance changes. I felt welcomed back, consult was thorough, staff and doctors were super nice, supportive, and welcoming! And I’ll tell you this place is definitely a “judgement free zone” dental office!

I appreciate the care and attention I receive from all the staff and doctors. I actually look forward to my cleanings every 6 months because I enjoy
chatting with Barb! :) I will definitely keep recommending Creekside to my friends and family.

I was a patient when I was 15 years old and once I graduated i hadn’t been back. I recently was seen two weeks ago. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere felt so warming and welcoming. When Barb came for me, she gave me a walk thru of the different stations and areas. She explained every step that was going to be taken before working on my teeth. When it came to my treatment plan/ insurance coverage she made sure I was not surprised and informed me my estimated cost for treatment. She made me feel so welcome, at ease, comfortable and safe. Barb made my nervousness go out the window. She was so understanding and gave me tips on having better oral care. I walked out of Creekside Dental feeling pampered and having the best bedside manner care! Thank you so much Barb. You’re truly amazing and your team is doing wonderful. Dr Klein and especially Eric are amazing! I had huge anxiety going in today to get some fillings fixed that I had done elsewhere 4 months ago that were still causing me issues and Eric talked to me about random stuff to get my mind off things after explaining everything to me in detail. These two really helped me today and I will forever recommend them now!

I have been going to Creekside dental for over 2 years now and cannot recommend them enough. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. My appointments at Creekside dental are comprehensive and I feel like they provide more care than other providers I have gone to in the past. When I have additional questions or need referrals, they are always quick to address them. I have already recommended Creekside to all of my friends.

Creekside dental was amazing. I have some dental anxiety but their team made my experience very easy going. Their insurance manager Kailynn went above and beyond to help me understand my plan.
