I went there twice to do regular checkup. I am amazed with the staff and the service. They were really nice. Dr. Lavonne was great. She listened to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. I am really satisfied.

This practice is great! If I need help get an answer Dr Estes is very kind and informative. The staff is very helpful. I am 100% satisfied. You have to be understanding! OB & GYN’S sometimes have emergencies so have patient. They could be saving a woman’s life or a Mother & child!

I had my yearly Well Women's exam today with NP Ashly Gray. I just selected her on a whim because my previous doctor left the practice - so I didn't know what to expect.

Well I was in for a nice surprise. From the beginning of my visit til the end, she made me feel comfortable upon entering the room. She was thorough, asked many questions (as they all should) and she took the time during my visit. I didn't feel rushed at all. She was great and I look forward to seeing her on my next year's visit!!!

This is probably my favorite OBGYN office I’ve been to. This is my 3rd pregnancy and everyone from the staff to the nurses and doctors are so nice. They all made me feel very comfortable and welcomed throughout the whole visit and explain everything thoroughly. I know labor and delivery can be daunting no matter how many babies you’ve had but having a team like this one makes me feel better prepared and confident about it.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Robertson. I blindly picked her when I moved here from Ohio and she has been the best doctor throughout my pregnancy and postpartum. She helped safely deliver my baby via an emergency c-section when my daughter’s heart rate was dropping. She really knows her stuff, she’s relatable, and she always fits you in when you have a problem that needs to be immediately seen. She’s the best in the practice. Love, love, love her.

I have been using this practice for over 6 years, fantastic customer service and even better doctors. I’ve never had a problem getting what I need taken care of. I’ve had 4 healthy pregnancies and Dr. Ginter has been what seems as my best friend through the whole process she is very patient and the only doctor I am willing to go to.

I recently changed Gynecologists and this was my first experience at Calvert Health. My appointment was on 9/9/20 and it was extremely hard rain that day. I pulled over in lusby and waited for it to die down a few. The rain wouldn't slow up so I called the office to inform them I would be late. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and informed the other staff quickly. Upon my arrival everyone the receptionist, nurse, physician, and billing staff were so nice and welcoming. Healthcare has really taken a dive to rude behavior being tolerated from healthcare professionals. The staff there was amazing this has by far been the best OB/GYN experience outside of having Tia Washington-Bennet as my gynecologist because she was absolutely amazing.

Im a new patient and I was nervous about coming in to a new gyno due to not being taken seriously by my previous gyno. Here at calvert they have super freindly staff that are ready to listen to you about your issues and take you seriously. They also explain to you about stuff very well and due to their friendliness it just gave a positive atmosphere and I absolutely love that!

I personally like Calvert OBGYN. The staff has always been friendly, and my doctor is very attentive.

The staff were friendly, however, my doctor did a pap smear and checked my cervix wall while I was pregnant with twins at 9 weeks. I was not warned about any bleeding or any pain that would follow. I woke up the next morning soaked in blood and in so much pain I called my doctor and she told me to go to the emergency room. Then when I got the the ER doctor told me that my OBGYN said I was fine and to go home without anyone even checking on my babies. I demanded that my babies were checked on to make sure they were ok. My doctor was suppose to follow up with me and never did. She also didn't seem knowledgeable about my twin pregnancy. Because of what was done to me I have a subchorionic hemorrhage or hematoma that still has not gone away and I am now 15weeks pregnant. I have had 2 doctors prior with my other 2 pregnancies' and no issues or concerns, granted these doctors where in other states. This experience scared me and every pregnant woman I talked to told me not to continue to see that doctor now go to that clinic. I was very disappointment in my pregnancy care.

Waited in the room for over 25 minutes each appointment (3 appointments within a 3 month span). Just left on the third time. What is the point of scheduling appointments if you don't respect time?

Horrible experience. When i first walked in they looked at me like i didn't belong there. The doctor i had did nothing. Just kept saying things was "Normal" when she didn't even allow me to ask questions let alone pay attention to me. Never going back there.

Totally disappointed in the IUD procedure my wife got. It was misplaced, over a week of constant pain while they ordered and reordered scans. No one in the office seemed to care that she's in constant pain and i can't go to work with this going on l . 2 sonograms an x-ray, and hopefully, we get somewhere with the next sonogram. If you can find another practice, I would if I were you. I know the marketplace for medicine has gone downhill, so this is probably the only option for most. Make sure your lawyers are on standby if you do have to use them.

I walked into my appointment this morning and was instantly bombarded with the rudest most offensive woman. She was so rude initially that I didn’t even think she was talking to me because it would’ve been so socially awkward to do some thing like that. She insisted they called everyone two weeks ago and canceled their appointments. No call was made to me nor was any message left. The machine confirmed my appointment yesterday. And I called Tuesday of this week just to make sure that my appointment was at 10:45 and not 1030, and the woman on the phone confirmed…anyway, I’ve never in my life seen front desk staff act like that. I just walked out. What motive does a patient have to show up to a canceled appointment? You dropped the ball, it happens. Just apologize and reschedule, instead she jumped down my throat. It was so awkward and unprofessional. I’m going to search for another. Ashley’s great, but this is the second time I’ve witnessed the admin staff act unprofessional. The first time I held my tongue. I’ll just go to St. Mary’s or Anne Arrundel. That blonde woman behind the desk has no business working with people.

We Sat there for 2 hours without getting anything done like I was scheduled for while they requested my records from my old doctors office. Nobody mentioned it on the initial phone call to make an appointment I explained everything to the representative of why I was switching and never was told anything about requesting my records. Not only was I sitting there for 2 hours the obgyn I saw named Jennifer henry was highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards me and my mother. Also she kept asking me the same question 6 times and then made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and that what I was saying wasn’t true.
The One appointment was enough for me to change my mind quickly. once again I’ll be finding a new obgyn and never going back there. They were unable to get my records back either as they kept having “miscommunications” no they don’t listen to the patients while we are talking and will interrupt you and blamed you as if it was my fault for not knowing all this prior to my appointment.

They aren’t taking new patients , And they are also the only ones allowed to deliver at Calvert which would be the closest hospital to me ,that doesn’t help me at all.

The worst practice ever! Very unorganized and not accommodating at all. I would not recommend at all. It is a shame that I have to seek care in another county because there are OBGYNs that cater to pregnant patients only.
