The printing team is awesome! My sister and I found a error (the error was our fault) on our project after the printing job was complete. Austyn reassured us that he could fix it with no issue, and he took care of it! The entire staff is lovely and goes above and beyond for customers. We will definitely be back.

I have been printing at the Prince Frederick location for years, this weekend reminded me of exactly why! Staff is always helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure your order is correct. My latest print order was taken and completed in a timely manner. After finding a major error (no fault of theirs), the team still took care of it! Huge thank you to Austyn for stepping in and reassuring the correction would be made. He also completed the task sooner than expected!

The printing department met all my needs and worked with me to get my request right. Crystal was so nice, patient and worked with me to get it right. After experiencing the opposite at Staples they will be my go to in the future for my office needs. Excellent service.

This store has great employees who are willing to assist you and go the extra mile! I had an urgent rush job because my home office printer broke. It was a pretty sizable job with a few hundred pages and they had it ready within minutes. Looking at the reviews for this store it seems that Bobby is everyone's superhero! In my experience he answered the phone cheerfully, answered all my questions treated me with kindness and respect when I picked up the order. I have been an Office Depot customer for many years and I will definitely use this store again as it's employees embodie friendliness, efficiency and great customer service. 12.28.2022 - I want to thank Bobby M., Assistant Manager, Office Depot, Prince Frederick, MD, for graciously assisting me today. Due to major surgery a few weeks back, I required a very soft chair. The chair I’ve had for 8 years is worn and hardly any cushioning left. Bobby helped me in my selection and was the utmost professional. I really appreciated his assistance and understanding, especially in my state of pain. To Office Depot - Retain and Promote Bobby M. He is the kind of employee you want to have working with you. Item I purchased was in stock and on sale. Also the sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

The associate that waited on me named Austin, such a nice guy and super helpful with everything I need and I wish more customer service places, and people like him.

I want to personally thank Bobby at the computer department for his absolute kindness and attention when purchasing my computer. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to care about helping me purchase the right computer for me. Also, when I returned to pick it up ,he was helpful helping me find other tech that I needed. I loved that you could sit on a ton of office chairs for the right fit. You can’t do this at an online store. Also, don’t be petty and order online after trying out. The chair I got had a slight defect. With the receipt, I got another with no hassle. You can’t do that with an online store. Just buy from them for stuff like this.

Best customer service I have ever received. Staff (probably Bobby :)) went out of his way to meet my needs; even called me when the delivery truck got there and they delivered a similar printer to the one I was looking for that was sold out. Also, the printing staff was very helpful and printed everything I needed even when my emails with attachments weren’t going through.

As experienced previously, the OD technician was able to resolve my technical issue.

I just want to do a shout out for Supervisor Bobby (I believe that was his name) at the Prince Frederick store. His customer service skills are the best! I needed his help finding a usb cord for my laptop, and he went above & beyond to ensure I got the right cord for my laptop. I wish more people at stores had his customer service skills.
