Five Below

We are most grateful to Sarah Elizabeth at the Prince Frederick Five Below, who went above and beyond today. I was on a shopping spree with my 10 year old daughter and 2 of her best friends… quite the whirlwind! We went into Five Below just twenty minutes before close, and she and her coworkers politely and pleasantly informed us that they’d be closing at six, but didn’t rush us. In the process of helping the three girls check out with their different payment methods, somehow my daughter managed to leave her phone and her ULTA bag behind when we left the store. When we realized an hour later and called my daughter’s phone, Sarah answered as she was leaving at the end of her shift, and kindly offered to wait out front until we could return to meet her. She greeted us with a sweet smile when we pulled up… and we discovered that she and I share the same first and middle name. Her kindness saved us from a great deal of stress and aggravation. Thank you Sarah!!!

Overall the store was clean and well-organized as usual, and we had a great experience.

The store is always stocked, great selections of treat including international treats! One of the best 5 below stores I’ve been to.

I was helped by Laura she pointed me in the right direction of the product I was looking for. Helped me at the self check out even though I didn't need it but I didn't mind. Super friendly and made me feel welcomed. Thanks

This is my new favorite location even passing the Annapolis, MD location. The store was well stocked, clean, and it is huge. I got a ton of stuff I probably didn't need but love anyway.

Employees are a lot nicer at this location they have a better quality of goods offered wonderful customer service I hope St Mary's county will take some notes

Great place to be and very helpful for people with a disability and handicap and senior citizens they have everything in sight in that store even groceries and even phone jacks and even anything you need I will continue shopping 🛒
