If you're in the market for a rental car, Enterprise rental located in Prince Frederick MD is the place to go. They have the best customer service. My rep was Oscar, a very polite professional young man. He literally catered to all my needs when requesting a car. When I had an issue with the rental. Oscar only wanted to know. 1. Are you OK? 2. Where are you? 3. No worries, I got you. People.. listen, this young man went above being professional. He became family. I don't know about you, but these days, this type of genuine service is rare to find. God bless you Oscar, you were awesome.

Rented from Prince Frederick Md location. Had the most professional, friendly service. Getting th car was a breeze and returning it was even quicker! Will definitely rent from this location again.

My car was clean and drove well. I was pleased with the customer service and the relationship that Enterprise has with the repair shop made dropping off and picking up my car before and after the repairs easy and worry free.

I find my interactions with this staff to always be pleasant and find them to always be very helpful and professional. The staff reached out to me to coordinate the vehicle pickup due to an insurance claim I had on my vehicle. They made my vehicle turn in very easy by coordinating with the collision center working on my vehicle, and even reached out afterwards to see if I was happy with the services they provided, I was.

I have used this Enterprise location multiple times and they are always spectacular when it comes to professionalism and efficiency. Always friendly. Fantastic service.

Last week my car was not safe to drive and I needed a rental. I contacted Enterprise rental and was able to get a very good car on extremely short notice. Fantastic experience! I recently had to take my vehicle in for repairs and my insurance company connected me with Enterprise for a rental car while my truck was in the shop. These guys are awesome and they took great care of me. As you can imagine, having your vehicle in the shop is stressful enough, the last thing you need is to deal with people who don’t care about your predicament. That wasn’t the case here. The entire customer service team at the Prince Frederick location was very professional, and I would like to extend a special thank you to Marcus. His customer service skills were exceptional, and he was able to get me into an upgraded vehicle because a compact - which is what my insurance pays for - wasn’t on the lot. I know that Enterprise has a policy and time window where they would normally check with nearby locations to see if they have a vehicle in the class my insurance would cover, but Marcus knew that I didn’t have time to wait and needed to get on with my day. He actually got me into a brand new 2023 vehicle. That is service. I’m very thankful and grateful for your help Mr. Marcus, and when I need to rent a vehicle in the future, I’ll be back in your store.

Quick in and out process and the charges were exactly as described. The first car had a maintenance light on so they switched me to another very quickly. I wish the airport rental places made it as easy as it is here.

I had an excellent experience with Enterprise in Prince Frederick, MD. Right before heading to Boston to care for my 99 year old aunt, my car started acting up and I couldn't trust it to drive all the way to Boston safely. This was on a Saturday morning in January and I had to leave Monday morning. I called Enterprise and they did not have any small SUV's available. However, Marcus, the Assistant Manager, told me that if someone brought back a car early, he would call me. This was around 9:45 a.m. and they closed at noon on Saturday. I didn't expect a call but an hour later, the phone rang and Marcus said someone had returned a small SUV and to come and pick it up! I was very happy because I knew the weather forecast predicted snow during my trip so I wanted the right type of car. I picked up the car and my trip north took me into bad weather with snow and sleet but the car performed beautifully and I was never nervous. After arriving in Boston, I had to keep extending my use of the car because my aunt's condition slowly got worse day by day. I kept having to call Enterprise to extend the contract. Each time I called, they were extremely helpful and assured me that there was no problem with me keeping the car. After several weeks, I realized that I would have to turn the car in out of state in Boston because my aunt was getting weaker every day and I wanted to stay with her. The staff at Enterprise were aware that my aunt was dying and told me to go ahead and return the car out of state. Then Marcus told me that he would waive the out of state return fees because of the situation I was in with my aunt. I returned the car on Feb. 22 and my aunt passed away peacefully, at her home, on Feb. 28. All in all, it was a very stressful time for me but Enterprise certainly did their part to ease my mind and help me by waiving the out of state return fees. I would highly reccommend this location to rent a car from! They have a big heart!

Enterprise has been my only rental dealers I’ve are used in the past few years. And was very helpful in setting up a rental for me at the last minute this time. I’ve always had a great experience with them.

I have never had an issue with the PF Enterprise. They always have a vehicle waiting for me that has been cleaned and taken care of and the employees are just the nicest. Doing business with them is just so easy!

Great Job by 2 teams. I started my rental from one location I live in the middle of two locations. I received a phone call from them stating this location was out of the vehicle I had reserved and it would be another 1-2 hours before they could get me in the proper vehicle. They offered the correct vehicle at the other other location. I headed to the second location and I was taken care of immediately. The staff had my reservation ready to go with the correct vehicle and the service was excellent. Our weekend turned out great and we had no issues the remainder of the weekend. Thanks Enterprise great team work!

It was great! Everything was wonderful. Picked me up right when I got there. Answered any questions and got me in a rental really fast. Raven was the representative and she was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Was the best enterprise experience I’ve had.

I have to say this enterprise location was the best one I’ve went to between all the ones I’ve gone to thus far. And I’ve been to multiple locations the staff was nice even understanding when certain situations came. I highly recommend to go to the enterprise in prince fredrick when you want to rent a car
