Great place to work with. Rented a boom lift, it was almost brand new. Had a problem with the lift and was not able to complete the project. Had no problems working through the issues and returning the lift. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back.

Didn't purchase anything yet as I was here on business, but the staff are excellent, courteous, profession and friendly. Store looks well stocked and might be a great small business alternative to the big box hardware stores. Will come again to purchase some tools/supplies.

This is the closest hardware store to me so I go here for a lot of stuff I need immediately. I have also rented various tools and equipment all without issue. the prices are reasonable and the selection for a small store is decent and has gotten me out of having to run to the big box stores a lot. The hours of operation are the great, they are open late. So far, during the pandemic, the store personnel have all worn masks and there is a plexiglass partition around the registers.

Rented a walk behind skid loader, landscape bed edging machine and an auger. Extremely professional and easy going place. They clearly explain your options/pricing and recommend the appropriate equipment for your project. They also give solid instructions on how to use the equipment. They auger I rented failed, and they took a brand new one off the shelf so I could finish, no questions asked. I will definitely rent from them again.

Needed advice on a plumbing project (I hate plumbing projects) and Kenny came to my aid. He was very knowledgeable and made very sensible suggestions. Provided me with the products I needed and did not try to over sell. I will definitely use Jim's for future Hardware needs as they are a friendly and honest retailer....thanks for the help!!!!!

The staff at Jim's has been consistently helpful. Jim's carries a good selection of hardware for a hardware store with limited square footage plus they are one of a small network of stores and can often locate items that they cannot stock at one of the sister stores. They also have a good equipment rental selection and provided the equipment was available I have rented equipment in the morning and had it delivered on site that day.

Great people and great place to go for all you home improvement needs, best prices on rental equipment in the county. Very clean and very well maintained, all employees are very nice and customer oriented. Definitely recommend paying them a visit.
