Dental Care of Prince Frederick

Dental Care of Prince Frederick is the best. Kept me informed of everything they were doing as why. Laid out my option and worked with me on everything. I have never been a fan of going the dentist and they made me feel completely comfortable and ready to go back for all future appointments. The doctors and dental assistants are top notch.

The folks here at this office are always super nice and accommodating to our family. They are very knowledgeable as well, and attend to any issues we have. We really appreciate how they are able to handle our family of five all at once. Thank you so much for making our experience amazing!

Dr. Gone, Jenn, and Lauren were amazing. I haven’t been in dentist in 15 years. They made me NOT feel like an idiot and took care of a root canal. Dr. Gone stayed late because I was in pain and to be honest I had a great time getting a root canal. I know that sounds weird. Thanks again to the entire staff including Chris who explained billing to me. Also my appointment wasn't for another 2 weeks but they called me in early. Amazing simply amazing. Thanks again.

This dental office could teach the healthcare industry A LOT about quality customer service. I've had an excellent experience every visit. To be honest, there are no bells and whistles... the difference is the customer service. That is what makes it for me every time. You're treated like a person and not a number. They made sure my mouth was numb before doing any drilling, although I needed 3 doses! It took much longer to get numb than the time it took to do the fillings I needed. I appreciated their care and concern.

My experiences there have been flawless across the board. The staff is generous and kind, always come across positively. Everybody explains themselves thoroughly, no surprises. You know exactly what needs to be done, why they may be asking about it, and what comes next. Their hours are flexible and it's virtually impossible to miss your appointment, they have several avenues of automatically reminding you which I find helpful when the appointment is made months ahead of time. The wait time in the lobby has been very short or sometimes non-existent, and their location is super convenient in the middle of PF as well. Can't think of anything negative, I have no reservation recommending this dentist office to anyone.

They are the nicest people Dr. Gaughan is the best her nurses all of them and Ms.Eve could not leave her out. But if you do have a bad experience at the front desk…. remember you always have to have one. Could not say Thank You enough
