Very helpful staff and Pharamacy, my Grandfather was a pharmacist too and I appreciate their help with customers who are in Severe Acute Pain like me and they are all very wonderful including the health dept for all they do to help ppl too. So thankful and Grateful to have a pharmacy that is knowledgeable and Friendly and close by to Great Dr's and Calvert memorial. Thank you All for helping So many ppl.

I work with Genoa professionally and their service is nothing short of amazing. I was having difficulty with our specialty pharmacy for a specific medication, we were not receiving it in time for scheduled appointments, and our rep suggested to give Genoa a try. The pharmacist and staff are amazing to deal with and they really take care of my practice and patients. I realized I forgot to schedule a delivery and they are able to get it to me tomorrow, no problem. Such amazing service.

This place is amazing and so is behavioral health! I am switch all meds to this pharmacy bc they treat you like you matter! I’ve been with Walgreens for years and there is an issue with something every dam month, always something! Half the time there is never a hi how are you! It’s like your a bother! Genoa is what every pharmacy should be!

My son & I started going to Genoa about a year ago & never really had any problems except the wait but last week was a complete nightmare..my son called in his refills at 9 a.m. so I waited until 3:30 to go pick them up, figured I'd give them some time.. once I got there they said it would be another 15 minutes. I walked outside to make a quick phone call but upon walking back in 5 mins later, they had closed.. all of the employees had walked out.. thankfully one person that work for the health department made sure that everyone that had been waiting on their meds for that day made sure those ppl got their meds.. today I called in my refills at 9:30 a.m. only to get there at 2, at first they couldn't find my scripts but thankfully they found them but they still hadn't been filled... but I do have to say that the girl was very helpful and did fill them while I stood there and waited. Hopefully the new staff they have there now things will get better again..

Helpful when available. 1:22 pm on a Monday, they're still not open. "Hopefully in the next hour they'll be open" I was told by another genoa I was automatically transferred to. Umm 🤔 they close at 5 pm. How unprofessional when people depend on their medication. Being closed on the weekend is already absurd. Nobody else in this area takes my insurance. Disgusted at this point.

It's amazing when ever your prescriptions get filled within an hour after your appointment. However this amazingness will only happen if the doctor sends over the prescriptions promptly. Otherwise you end up waiting for days. Been since this morning already.one day.

This is THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. It’s dingy, they are so unorganized and the staff is just rude, all except the one girl at the front who is an absolute sweetheart. One woman there is completely unprofessional and always acts irritated that she has to do her job. Just asking a couple simple questions about the medication and she gets nasty as if she just wanted to get rid of me, I was the only customer there at the time.
I keep trying them when Walgreens doesn’t have my medication, hoping it will be better, and it NEVER is. It’s always terrible service and an unorganized mess!

Shutting down for two days randomly with no warning in the middle of the week is wild.

How this place has 3.4 stars is beyond me… They NEVER contact you when the medication is ready, they are constantly out of medication that is required to be taken daily (otherwise it could be detrimental), and don’t even get me started on the ignorant and rude staff. FAIR WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!!!!

Staff doesn’t answer phone calls, doesn’t have your prescriptions ready before you get there the you gotta wait for an hour or more to get it filled

Will only accept insurance now so they can charge the insurance company top dollar to fill scripts. Should be against the law
