Excellent service and incredible nails! They were amazing at helping me set up an appointment and very nice on the phone. When I arrived they sat me down after I signed in and the appointment was very quick. It only took about 20 minutes for a gel manicure and I love the color. Usually some nail salons are rather pricey but when I went to pay, it was very affordable and I really did expect it to be more. I will be coming back here from now on. The experience was wonderful!

If you are looking for a place for manicures or pedicures. I highly recommend Lucky Nail Spa. I have been going here for over 3 years. They are always professional friendly and courteous and my nails always look great. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been going to Lucky Nail Spa for several years. Everyone is friendly and does a good job. The salon is clean and does not have that strong nail product odor that a lot of other salons have. Kai does amazing work and always makes my nails look fabulous! The pedicures are so good too!

Staff was very friendly. I was greeted and then seated within five minutes. Work is clean, neat, and thorough. They are a little pricey, but the work is great.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon to start going to since I moved to Gastonia and have tried a couple different places but Lucky Nails Spa is the best I’ve been to. I got the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Very thorough and felt like I was walking on clouds when I left. I highly recommend this salon

I have been going here for well over a year and will continue to keep going! The owners are the sweetest people and made sure I was taken care of before my birthday trip! They do such quality work and you can tell they make sure that their employees are taken care of! I will definitely be going back as soon as they open again!

This shop is the BEST.. everyone is always so nice and willing to help!! My pedicure is always on point and it doesn’t matter who does it.. they always get my paraffin wax right for me!! I also LOVE all the upgrades done in the shop… ❤❤👍🏼👍🏼

Been here twice and haven’t had any complaints so far. Great place other than maybe the pricing, but it’s all really worth it in the end!

Very impressed today! I was a walk in and they were able to seat me immediately. This is definitely one of the best SNS manicures I’ve ever gotten. My technician took pride in her work, was very thorough, made sure I was happy with the color, and overall did a GREAT job! Will definitely be back.

Although I had called and scheduled a time with the person I requested. I am not from the area so Google maps had me circling around. So I made it 10 minutes late from scheduled time. I had to wait, but it was worth it. I went all out on my self. Mani-pedi and a full set. I will be going back again.

We went after 6pm they were very friendly didn’t rush us. Took there time and did a great job. I took my little girl as a reward to get her nails painted. They were really patient and good with her. We both really enjoyed it! Definitely our new place to get our nails done.

Absolutely love this place. I have been going here for 2 years every 2 weeks and everyone is always so nice and several people have did my nails and pedicures and I’ve never had any problems.

I've been here twice and loved it both times! I had Tammie (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) today and she did such an amazing job! She was very personable and made sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The price was a little expensive but you also pay for the customer service which was amazing! This will now be my regular salon.

This place is the best place in the area to get your nails done or waxing. I drive 30 minutes to get my nails and toes done here. They last a good 3 weeks to a month I get stilettos and can be pretty rough on them.They have amazing prices and the sweetest people. My grandmother is 75 and I bring her to get her nails and toes done she has trouble getting up and down. They will help her get up and down, ask her if she comfortable or if she needs anything. I always recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place. Tiffany is the best. I actually have never had a problem with the girl with the shoulder tattoo. I’m a nail biter and my nails have never looked so good and she paints them better than anyone I have ever been to. Every is so nice and the spa is clean. I always feel taken care of and every time I get my nails done I have always gotten compliments.

Great atmosphere and cool people. I've been looking for a nail salon and have been to a couple of salons here after moving from out of state but wasn't very satisfied.Linda did a great job on my nails in a reasonable amount of time.She also joked around with me which was nice. Will definitely be coming back:)

Went in on their second day open. Wonderful experience. The pedicure was so relaxing I had to fight to stay awake. And my fingers and toes were beautiful when I left. Everyone was so nice and professional and we had great conversation as well. Jenny and family thank you! I'll be back!

My first time at this salon, and finally one I will call my nail salon. I am kinda picky about my nails, but Phong was very patient with me and did a fantastic job on my nails! Definitely my salon now!
(Ignore Davenport, the only good review she gave was her church, and people wonder why Christians are viewed as they are in this country. Cause people like her ruin our reputation with their attitude problems. She may want to assess herself before others.)
