Outback Steakhouse

Stopped in here on our way back home, no wait to be seated, but a small wait for drinks and ordering our food. All and all the food and drinks were wonderful. The service was good, I could tell there was staffing issues but our waitress did the best she could and I do take that into consideration. The food was savory and cooked to perfection. Our mixed drinks were Margarita, Moscow Mule, & Mojito and were very tasty. Though we were there linger than we anticipated, everything went smooth and we left satisfied.

My wife and I stopped in for a dinner tonight after working at the Southern Christmas show in Charlotte all day. It was busy but we still got in quickly. We didn't have to wait long for the food and the server has suggested the chili. When I asked about it stating that it was a very good. She wasn't wrong. It was delicious Chili !And the steak and potato are wonderful as well as always when we dine here.

Ate dinner at this location today. Our server Jojo was awesome. He was very friendly, professional and checked on us and made sure we had what we needed throughout the meal. Our food was great! The food runner was super nice, too. I didn't get her name. Food was great and everything came to our table in perfect timing (blooming onion, then salads and then our main courses). I highly recommend this location. Great experience!

Everyone was super friendly! The manager checked in with us and other tables several times to make sure we were satisfied. Her name was Layne and she was so personable! Our waiter, Caleb was awesome as well. He, along with the other waiters observed were on top of every request. I love a place with great customer service these days. And on top of the wonderful hospitality from Layne and Caleb, the food was DELICIOUS!!!!

It was not too busy, the waitress service was fantastic. Jennifer was fabulous. From bringing us bread and cocktails to our main entrees was a home run. Jennifer was very attentive . She's the best

We stopped in on a busy Saturday night traveling back from Destin. The customer service was excellent. We sat at the bar, there were 2 ladies working the bar both ladies were friendly and attentive. Other wait staff walking past us greeted and spoke as well. The food was excellent as well. You can tell that the manager and the staff enjoy their jobs and take pride in customer service. It’s hard to find that these days, job well done Outback in Gastonia!

On Valentine’s Day, the Gastonia Outbook was so gracious. They were well prepared for a large crowd. The staff was so polite and professional. The food was excellent. The manager is to be commended for having everyone ready.

I picked my order up curbside and Elise made it so easy. She greeted me as soon as I pulled up and I didn’t even have to text Outback that I was there. She double checked to make sure that I had my ranch instead of blue cheese. Excellent service from ELISE!

dined tonight at the local gastonia outback. everything was excellent. steak was cooked to the perfect temperature and was super tender. salads and sides were also tasty. however: the best part of our evening out was our server, MARGARET. she was amazing. absolutely spectacular service! thank you for the stellar experience.

Placed an online order and I messed up the order, but Gwen and Elise were so friendly, accommodating, and so helpful. They got my order straight with a smile on a rainy day. They are the best. Go see then at Outback on Remount in Gastonia. Best customer service I've experienced in a while. Hope their bosses review these, they deserve something extra in their stocking..

My wife and I were in for Sunday lunch today and it was wonderful. The service was great, the food was excellent, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I always love the wedge salad to start, and then both of our steaks were cooked perfectly.

Leslie was an amazing server! Super fast and sweet! So friendly and patient with us. We came in late and she still gave us the best service ever!! Everything was perfect, she definitely has great attention to detail and passion for service. She’s an incredible asset to the Gastonia Outback team!! Thank you Leslie !! ♥

Wait staff was amazing. Food was great. We went early so we could do take out for our 93 year old mom. Waitress waited to put in order half way through our meal so food would be hot.Great time for our date night.

Food was awesome. For me customer service is important. She was busy but still found time to take a family pic. I hadn't seen my aunt and uncle in 40 years. Great food. Great service. Highly recommend

I had the 11oz.sirloin it was absolutely perfect. My girl had Queensland Chicken and Shrimp,It too was awesome. The servers could not have been better. It's been a few years since we've been to the Gastonia Outback but we'll definitely return very soon. Loved it.

We stopped by for dinner after running errands and truly enjoyed our time. The food was good, the drinks were great and our waitress Heather was exceptional!

I can not say enough about how amazing me and my families service was tonight. Me and my husband came to eat dinner after leaving my uncle at the hospital.
We had just left the hospital after finding out that my uncles lung cancer came back. It’s very emotional 😭 especially after loosing our mother n law just passed in march. It’s been emotional. Our server Leslie was so so so kind and so sweet. Her service was the best I have had in a while. She was amazing. We placed a to go order for my aunt and uncle back at the hospital and we asked for extra extra ranch for him. And when we told Leslie what was going on, she told the to go girl Brooke.. and she promised to take good care of us, and she did . Not only did she put in three to four ranches but also a card. I just can’t thank Brooke and Leslie enough for all they have done for our family they do not know how much it meant for us after going through such a hard time. The food was excellent but so was the service thank you outback in Gastonia for exceptional service and care. 🙏

Shortstaffed (obviously due to pandemic), but service and food were all great. Gingerbread martini (strong), house salad (basic, but good), ribeye steak w/ garlic butter (great flavor), and brownie (lots of nuts)...no complaints. Not the best steakhouse ever, but definitely worth going to. Seats, lighting felt nice. 97 health rating. Yummy food.

Absolutely best staff I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with kindness, and got seated with the best waitress Dezah. Y’all gotta get her she’s the best ever absolutely phenomenal.
