This store hires the best people. From teenagers to adults everyone is so nice and helpful. Of course they have top quality meat, seafood, and other foods. The butcher is top knotch with his cuts and his customer service is always on point.

Love Harris Teeter . Always a great selection of yummy foods. My go to place for quick sushi 🍣 snack and pre made cook at home dinners. Healthier and cheaper than take out!
Plus, now they have Squishmellows and lots of them!!

Always love this particular store. You can get really good buy 1 get 1 prices on meat like the Italian Sausage I just bought. Got 2lbs for $4.99. Bought a 3lb Ribeye Roast for $20. We're eating good this weekend 😆

A well laid out store. The fruit and vegetables look great. Clean and friendly. I wish the selection of imported cheeses was more diverse. I am not expecting to see Morbier, but a good farmer's cheese would be a nice step.

Prices are higher on shelf stable items than elsewhere. Fresh vegetables seem to be a loss leader.

I always get treated like family when I come here, I'm always spoken to and given the best customer service. And the "cashier/ I've seen him doing everything" Earl always goes above and beyond to help everytime I see him! In my opinion he should definitely be up for a review and raise.

This is the place to come for fresh steaks! I picked up a value pack of ribeyes and definitely got my money's worth, which is a rare thing these days.
The fresh vegetables are excellent as well. I don't mind paying a bit more for quality food.

Friendly staff was very helpful even went above n beyond showed another area I could find what was looking for even made suggestions. Went there in late evening. Several Guys were very helpful when seen was looking for something specific n guided me to the isle even showed me right where it was. Thank you Guys very Happy n highly recommend nice clean friendly store!

Great selection of fresh, organic, local foods. HT also has an amazing beer and wine selection. Facility is top notch, staff is very helpful, and samples are plentiful.

Updating from a review I left a few years back: this place has turned around in terms of service. Employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and feels upscale. Checkout is quick and easy. Great selections. Starbucks inside is a plus!

I went to Harris Teeter looking for a cake. The store is clean. Staff is friendly. I found what I was looking for.

Found what we needed and more and at good sale prices. Regular prices can be high, but sale prices are often good. ...Haven't seen samples here in a long time.

There is a bar.. in the grocery. And they played live music. Was it the most hopping spot in Gastonia? I'm not sure, but my nephews thought so.

Can't say anything about anything else, I just happened to catch the live music with a beer and it blew my mind. I'm in my late 30s, so there's also that to consider

Check you receipts they always make mistakes. If they you get that product free. We have had issues EVERY week.

I come here every week on my way home from work. They have the friendliest staff who are always awesome! The pizza is great! I love their grocery pickup for online orders which is so convenient on weekends when I don't want to get out of my pajamas and can just drive there and they put all my groceries in my car that their personal shopper picked up for me. Gotta love this location, just come on by!

Good shopping experience, average prices and selection, nothing stellar to say about it. I still feel that Publix has a much better selection and fresher produce and meats.

I stopped at this lovely place within walking distance of the niece I was visiting. I enjoy shopping at grocery stores when traveling. This rates as number 2 in all the places I have visited to date. Rating based on cleanliness, use of space/accessibility (I am vertically challenged. I hate it when products are so high I can't even see them let alone reach them.), friendliness of employees and other shoppers (#1 rating in this area. It seemed like everyone was happy to be there.), variety of products for sale ( I use overall impression and specifically teas, cheese and produce). Finally pricing. It was fair and comparable with some good sale items. I did learn from mentioning my impression to others I met that while Harris Teeter has a good reputation as a chain this particular store is the best, again friendly. At the cost and quality of groceries today it is really nice to go to a place where everyone is smiling.

Love this store !!! I wish we had our Harris Teeter back in Catawba County. I drove 1.5 hours to shop here. And it was wonderful 👍.

Store is always clean, staff is very friendly, the deli and bakery always has something good, the meat department is the best that's why I love coming here and using my VIC card for the savings!!
