Walgreens

I am prescribed a medication that I have heard many pharmacies like to decline, or pretend they don’t have. I was nervous that once I was put on it, I’d have a hard time finding a pharmacy like so many other patients. I have had such a great experience using this Walgreens pharmacy to get my medicine! They are always quick, and the staff have been so kind and polite. I am relieved to have a pharmacy that treats me with respect, and will fill my medication quickly and professionally

I’m so happy right now!! Thanks to Allison she assisted me in finding exactly what I needed , she went out of her way for me with the cutest, most helpful spirit I have encountered at a Walgreens so far and trust me I go to Walgreens at least 5 out of 7 days a week! This Walgreens should count her as one of their biggest blessings as an employee and make sure they always hold her to the value she truly possesses! Thanks for all your help Allison I’ll definetly come back to this Walgreens from now on! Thank you, Haley Dawn ♥♡❤

This is my first time at this location and unfortunately the medicine I was prescribed was on back order but the pharmacy technician helped explain why it was on back order and answered my questions with the pharmacist. They was going to call the urgent care and see if I could get a different medication. The pharmacy was supposed to call me later that day and let me know if it was switched. Unfortunately I never received the phone call but my daughter has both types of the flu so I could wait to go get my medicine. I called this morning and they apologized for not calling me back and that my new medicine was ready for pick up. I gave them a 5 star because sometimes you get busy or overwhelmed and forget things which I understand and it's my responsibility to follow up with them if I haven't heard anything on that day.

This Walgreen is so awesome, the pharmacy staff is out of this world nice, friendly and very helpful i can remember when the Covid-19 first started was when my doctor first retired and the new doctor wanted to change my meds and i wasn't in agreement with the change, I talked with the pharmacy and Doctor James call the new Dr. In order for me too keep the meds i was already on. Thanks for going the extra mile Dr. James and Walgreens one over the moon customer and so pleased.

Very clean and organized store. Always friendly service. The pharmacy staff is super nice and knowledgeable.

Always polite, available when you need them. The pharmacist n pharmacy staff are #1 in caring n explaining insurance idocriscries.

The Filipino guy at the front register is awesome

No baby changing station in store so I had to use the bathroom floor. Luckily I have a changing pad. Hard to find help usually.

Friendly staff but by far the sloooooowest pharmacy I have ever seen.

I shop at Walgreens several times a week to buy things for my elderly mom. I was told this past week at Walgreens on Union Rd that I can no longer receive sale prices which require coupons because I do not have the app. My phone is older and will not download the app. A manager was called to the register and he agreed to override a price because walkers were on sale for $25 off. He made it clear that this would only be done for me one time. This is sad because his location is two blocks from where my mom lives and I buy quite a bit but I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Customer service is always horrible here. The lady working in photo Nicole had an attitude because they had something in the wrong spot and they needed to price modify the item. Then she didn’t ask me to put my number in because she was annoyed that she had to do it. Walgreens use to take pride in satisfying the customer, but not anymore. And when something is placed in the wrong spot by an employee, they should honor it without arguing or getting upset. Take your business somewhere else because Walgreens is way overpriced anyways.
