Wendy's

Well can you tell that I had loads of jet lag when I originally wrote this!!! The review and photos were for the National Gallery of Singapore!

I wanted a hamburger when my plane landed back into Charlotte and Wendy's was my go to! I had tried several types of food and was ready for an American classic! The food was scrumptious! The burger was fresh, the fries were crispy and OMG! this girl wanted her frosty fix!! Sorry no photos of the food-but I promise you, many napkins were needed and my belly was happy and full for the drive back home from the airport!

It was a little slow. The food was hood especially the Chilli.

The drink machine was down.

So they were offering tea and lemonade.

We thought Wendy's was really good we got there about lunch time it was very busy but boy was it good. Where chicken meggat a single and a triple. You just can't be good beef. And we had chocolate chip cookies. It was all very good.

The cashier wasn't very customer service like but I'll still give her a 4star because maybe she is just a quiet person. She didn't seem to want to be bothered BUT she did not have a attitude though. Food was great and I'm happy they were open this time when I came around 2pm ish lol

The food is actually good. The people are so nice, but it is extremely slow. Be prepared to sit in line for at least 20mins even for just a few cars.

First time breakfast at Wendy's. The Baconator was very good. It would be even better on a biscuit instead of a bun. I will eat breakfast at Wendy's again.

The dining room is usually closed to being short staffed. They are overworked, but friendly and fast

You will have to wait a bit, and the employees are not always cheerful, but the food is always hot and very well put together. I've only had one experience where they tried to take a piece of bacon and split it between two sandwiches, but I checked before pulling off and the manager corrected it. Drive thru only so get ready to wait.

Got chili,just a little bit too much beans in it other wise great tasting

The people that were working in there when I went through the drive-thru where efficient, friendly. And made sure that my order was correct. Keep up the good work!

Good clean restaurant! Clean bathroom! Fresh food!

The brunette Hispanic girl was super sweet about my order! She was quick, helpful. There was a guy on the speaker with dreads and he went above and beyond to ask how to say something in Spanish to help his customer.

Shout out to the Wendy's first shift lunch crew Wednesday Nov.9th. I went through the drive thru and the lady who took my order was very up beat and polite, made me smile. Then when I was handed my food I was greeted with an upbeat attitude and another smile. Thank you for making my day. I love happy kind people!!!! My mom is very sick and in the hospital and she wanted Wendy's for lunch.. so thanks for making me smile!!!!!

Drive thru was quick despite having a long line. Asked for ketchup but didnt get any. Food was good tho!

They all are always so friendly and food is always on point

Today about 15 till 5:00 p.m. in the afternoon I went through the drive-thru line. It was a little slow but when I was able to reach the window to get my food, the girl who was taking the orders in the money and dishing out food was the only one who was out the window. She didn't have any help. However, Shakira, proceeded to get my food in a timely fashion, she was very polite and quite nice, even with her situation. She was excellent! So here's a shout out to Shakira! You need to hang on to that one Wendy's!

It was fast efficient service. They took a little longer to prepare out fries freshly made and they came to the table and let us know that that's what the delay was with our food. They also promptly served our food to us with a smile . Over all I think it was a wonderful experience and I loved the warmness of the decor. It was a sit at home spend time with your family atmosphere. I will definitely be planning another visit very soon

I was only in the drive-thru for about 8 mins! Wow! Order was ready when I got to the second window and staff was professional and friendly. Decided to park and eat food there and not only was it hot but it was prepared correctly! Also noticed how quick cars kept going through the line!!! Knowing that it's lunch time on a Friday!!! Great job cooks and drive thru staff!!! #MVPS😉👍
