Store is clean. Prices are sometimes one thing on the shelf and higher at the register. Staff is polite.

Good service and usually have the items I want to purchase!! It’s convenient because I live 5 miles away.

I go to Food Lion quite often. There are several ways to save money... coupons etc. The prices are the most reasonable.

It's a good story to go to I'll go there every week And I just had to get some Jiffy cornbread mix today

I truly think the nicest people work at this particular foodlion.

Out of meeting a few items last week and I was able to go there and and their cashiers are really cute as well ❤ though that's not the topic here lol .

Who doesn't like Food Lion? The store is always clean, the staff are always nice & I love the BOGO's! Unlike other stores, for example, if you have a sale on Pepsi products; say 3/$12. You only have enough money for 1 well that's OK! You can get 1 Pepsi product @ $4!
That's on each item that has their sale.
Other stores or at least I haven't seen does this!
I feel if Food Lion can do this so can't others!

I chose to drive the extra mile to the Union road foodlion instead of Garrison, thank God I did! This store is so much nicer and the staff is so much friendlier. Met the new customer service manager Lindsey, she was super helpful and extremely devoted to her job! I will be shopping at that location from now on!

I shop at this store and they have excellent customer service. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I never have to wait in line to check out. The store is clean and very orgainizied. The cashier pay attention to what they are doing, I appreciate that so much. Some one sure has excellent management skills, y do not see much turn over in employees. Food lion is the second large food chain .

They are consistent for Food Lion, never had any problems.

I've been shopping here for over 20 years and it's still the most reasonably priced store with such a good selection in the area. The store brand is very good too! Give the honey battered chicken nuggets a try you won't regret it 👍🏻

Food Lion is the cleanest grocery store besides Harris teeter but still they've got Harris teeters cleanliness beat and they have a variety of choices for what you need and two or three different brands of that choice so I recommend food Lion always thank you food Lion

We are new in town and I have tried shopping at the 4 Walmarts around here. Horrible. I went here for the first time this evening (we love their brand of nighttime diapers! They don't leak!). I bought a few items more than expected because there are a lot of deals this week! We were overcharged for the pork loin. Shelf tag says 7.99 but receipt says 9.99.

I have worked retail. I have done price changes, cashier, and service desk.. I have more patience than others when it comes to errors like these. I called around dinner time to have them check price. Janet- was polite and understanding. She told me I can bring in my receipt next time I am there and get the $2 refunded.

And to other people with reviews on pricing.. Yes.... It's a higher end retail store. Notice how their shelves are filled and neatly faced? Not empty like Walmarts. Notice how they don't have self check outs? They have cashiers and baggers that need a paycheck just like you. And their produce always looks great. They most likely pay more to have the first pick. But unless you have worked in retail or gone to school for it, you won't understand that aspect of it.

I love Food Lion. I have saved so much using my MVP card and electronic coupons. The staff is friendly and the store is easy to shop. Always clean and orderly. Great produce!

Nice and friendly staff! A lady at the deli dept gave me some ice cream cupcakes for free. I asked her why, and she said they just like to be nice to their customers. Well, that made my day!

I've been a customer to this store since childhood... It's had 3 remodels (one due to Hurricane Hugo in 1989) and the only thing that hasn't changed is the great service and always fresh merchandise and prices. One-stop shop!
