Had a baby shower at my home yesterday and received so many compliments on my furniture. Told everyone i bought everything from Penlands! Could not be more happy with my furniture. Excellent quality and amazing service from design to delivery and white glove setup in my home. Thank you Penlands!!! I will be back!

Amazing place, can’t say enough positive things. First of I would like to give my appreciation to Zach. I was looking for a specific couch that really fit my personality and style (preppy and outgoing) the couch needed to be 10ft by 12ft with red and purple spots of different sizes. When I reached out to them (penland’s furniture) Zach personally reached out to me saying they did not have this but he would do his best to find something. And about 2-3 days later he called me saying he had something and I went there. The parking lot and spacing of everything is so perfect down to the last little details. Everyone so nice and I got the couch I was looking for and me and my 7 cats absolutely love it!

Have been coming to Penland's for about 35 years, and can always count on them for quality furniture and great service. The delivery guys did a great job also, getting the furniture into the house effortlessly. Thanks !

Asked for a new table to go in the living room, but it wasn't in stock when we asked for it. They told me once the table I was looking for was in store they'd call me immediately. And sure enough only 2 days later they called me, communication was smooth and swift, quality of table was just what i was looking for. All round great experience and recommend this place for others needing furniture.

Penland's has the best prices in town! I will never buy furniture anywhere else after shopping here. Zach was so helpful and friendly. We purchased a beautiful couch and love it so much. The price was so much better than large retail furniture stores and knowing you are buying from a local family-owned business makes it even better!

We recently built a home at the NC coast and during the construction process we were becoming furniture store weary. So much to look at. We decided to visit Zach at Penland's Furniture and see if he could possibly take care of us. He was more than willing to help even with a delivery location that was 5 hours away. We purchased very comfortable Kingsdown mattresses, Magnolia Home and IFD bedroom pieces, and Rachel Ray sofas and Craftmaster swivel rockers along with many other items for a 5 bedroom house. Having one delivery made the move-in a breeze. Everyone we worked with at the store was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile with ordering our pieces and pulling out the fabric samples. The nice thing was knowing that I did not have to go out and double check prices everywhere because Penland's has always been super competitive. All we had to do was just add it to the list. We send all of our friends there! Thanks for the great experience!

We furnished our entire newly built home with Penland’s! Their staff were incredible to work with! One of their team members used our floor plans to help us design and lay out all each room! This was a huge help as we were able to fit every piece perfectly into our home! Our mattresses are so comfy and all of our furniture is STUNNING! My FAVORITE collection is the Raelynn collection! I've been shopping for 20 years at Penland's Furniture, for my own home as well as some clients I've worked with. They have solid prices for great quality products. The store is bigger than it appears, and the sales staff is very knowledgeable and happy to help. They work with some of the best furniture companies around and I definitely suggest checking them out.

Penlands has a wonderful showroom with a great variety of furniture styles to choose from! We love the quality of our new dining room table and beautiful bedroom suite! Best prices around! Couldn't be happier!

Check out Penland's if you're looking for good furniture and lots of selection. They sell Craftmaster, Kincaid, Decor Rest, Best Home Furnishing and others. You can buy off the floor or have it custom made from their selection of over 3000 fabrics! And their warehouse is right down the street from their showroom. Ask for Meghan in the showroom, she is great! Fun, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable!

Such amazing customer service! They care about the products they are selling and truly care about their customers! We came in looking for a lift chair and left with one that met all of our needs the same day! Not many furniture stores let you purchase the floor models!

Excellent and mindful service that is reminiscent of what I only can imagine shopping used to be like long ago. You go into the store feeling much more than just another consumer buying a piece of furniture, and are recognized as a person and/or family with needs and wants. The atmosphere is one of dedication towards providing great furniture at a great price- rather than a focus on the smoke and mirror display of showmanship to drive up profit margins. There is no manipulation tactics here! Just excellent service with quality and well priced furniture. I would highly recommend!
