The staff went above and beyond to help me with my car! Brian was amazing and spent the time trying to help in any way he could!!! Clean and well organized store. Will definitely be going back there for my car needs in the future!

Mr. James and Mr. Daniel helped me out when I was in need. Positive guys who gave me affordable solutions for an oil change. They treated me like a person and showed me mutual respect.

One of the reasons why my 07 Subaru is still running so good is because I come to this Advance Auto Parts and get maintenance supplies. I was having problems purchasing from the website. I called the store, they told me to just come over. Noelle and Richard were super helpful. I was in and out no time. Great store.

Their customer service is pristine though the prices are princely!

Went right in, asked where the windshield washer fluid is, picked my favorite and checked out. Easy peasy & staff is friendly & helpful!

I've been a customer of this Advance Auto Parts location for some time for various car needs but I wanted to document the outstanding service I received today from employee James Davis. I had an issue with a stripped license plate bolt on a new car we just purchased. James took the time to go through the tedious process of removing the bolt. He should be recognized for his ingenuity and exceptional customer support. The service I received from James will certainly keep me coming back as a customer.

These guys are great. Customer service is always top notch, and they are very friendly. I've had two stand-out experiences with them: 1) after a different place told me I needed a new alternator (of which I was suspicious) I took my car here, to Advance Auto Parts Hope Valley, and they diagnosed it as a simple bad battery, then hooked me up with an online coupon code that I could use there on the spot, and I left with a new battery and a smile; 2) I was stressed after a long day of work, I stopped in and picked up some new headlights, and the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and when I was checking out he told me, "now make sure you check the model number on the old bulbs carefully before you open the packet"... advice that I did not follow well. Long story short, they replaced the bulbs with the correct ones after I returned, even though I had ruthlessly ripped open the first packet of new bulbs. They most certainly could have refused the refund, but instead were very understanding and made the exchange. 5 stars. These guys are so awesome, I go here for everything I can.

5 stars for customer service. I purchased a pair of windshield wipers last week. Today we had a bit of a, shall we say, hiccup. Once I reminded the young man of who I was he immediayely sprang into action and rectified the issue. Wonderful customer service!

Wanted to pop on here and let folks know that the folks working at this Advance Auto Parts are top notch. Every single time I'm in there, they go above and beyond to be helpful. Today I was dropping off oil from an oil change and they asked if I needed a cart and offered to bring it out to my truck to help me. When I have had questions about specific parts, they've done the research to figure out precisely what I need to solve my problem. Top notch crew.

I truly appreciate the employee that was there for my visit. He was a black guy with long dreads. Didn't catch his name. He also help me by pin pointing the problem that I had with my windows. I will be shopping there again because I appreciate the customer service.

The guy tested and replaced my car battery pretty quickly and easily. I cannot remember his name but he was super nice and chill. Definitely will go back again when I need to. :)

Never had an issue here. Had more than a few good chats with knowledgeable reps about oil types and wiper recommendations. Happy to keep coming here!

I had purchased a car battery from this location nearly two years ago for my 2009 Infiniti G37S. My car seems to destroy batteries in less than two years, as this is the third battery I have purchased for it (at various locations) in under four years of ownership.
Anyway, I brought my car back to this location and they inspected the battery. He said the battery might be OK, but that they would take it out and charge it to see if it was functioning properly. He removed the battery and charged it and found it to be faulty. They replaced the battery with a new one and installed it for me. The total cost for all of this was $0, as the battery was still under warranty. Very friendly and useful service techs, so I will definitely continue to come here.

Great friendly staff! Young man helped me identify the brand of wipers I just put on my truck. I didn't have my receipt and could not for the life of me remember the name of the wipers. He took one look and knew immediately what they were. My son-in-law has the same model truck and after using my truck for a long trip, he wanted to replace his with the exact model. Thanks young man! Trico Maxx wipers work great as a replacement for the Chevrolet Silverado..."windshield wipers slapping time, Bobby clapping hand in mine", well, you know the rest! Thank you for your time.

Talk to Adam,he is the store manager. A Straight Shooter and knows about what parts and how easy or hard it might be to "DIY" or to go to a shop. He took back parts I bought over 2 years ago "they were in prefect condition" and I don't know if i bought them there. But I got the store credit for a fair cost. They will order the parts and help to install or advise you in what ever way they can. I'm not a car guy. But I am learning that it's places like this that will try their best to Help you in the right direction. BUT Understand the make and model you have. Go In with the old part and match it up. before you buy. That is a good habit to have. If you have the tools to get the job done? they can talk you thru the process if not YouTube search it and give it a shot. Good Luck!

The few times I have visited have been great. The gent put a pair of wipers on my car, and I was on my way. No complaints and will be back again soon!

I went to have my battery load tested. The employee that did the test was friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. The battery and starter both tested good, so he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
