Excellent Customer Service!!! Very helpful with over and beyond kindness! Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to help you produce an excellent product. Very personable and always professional! This review is way overdue! I've had a few different dealing with this great establishment but kept forgetting to do a review! Anytime I need assistance with printing or mailing and in the area, there is no question where I'm going! The prices are great too! They are very considerate of their customers with reasonable prices too! My favorites are tge magnificent September and marvelous Misty! They have helped me with products for two very close deaths in my family within six months. At tines I was very emotional, scattered brain and they were calm with suggestions that help smooth things out. Thank you for caring and going way over and above for your customers! Your kindness was not taken for granted! You are forever in my thoughts and prayers! Keep up the great work, your kindness help folk get through!

We moved to this part of Durham about two years ago and one of our favorite stores is Packaging Express. The staff are always incredibly gracious, helpful, and positive. Every visit has been seamless, and the employees quickly welcome you to the store. We are lucky to have such a gem of a small business right here in Woodcroft!!!

I made an appointment for a notary elsewhere, which apparently meant nothing because a notary public was not there when I arrived. I called Packaging Express and they were able to get it done right before closing. Very nice and attentive staff for all my other needs too.

I love this place! Everyone is always so kind and helpful and their prices for printing are the best I've seen.

Example: They did a print job for $25 that Staples quoted me $85 for! Also they completed the job within 2 hours when Staples quoted me 2-3 days.

Super happy I found this place. :)

I have lived in South Durham for more than 20 years, and if there is a more service oriented business in the area, I would have a hard time naming it. They offer great packaging services, shipping, documents and passport, prep, post office, boxes, and a bunch of other stuff. Why would you go to one of the national chain franchise shops when you could support a great local business like this one? Make sure to check out their selection of greeting cards and small gifts, ready for a variety of occasions.

This store delivers EXCELLENT, above and beyond service at a truly remarkable price. They have consistently gone above and beyond: answering phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and packaging merchandise expertly and securely. I can't say enough about how good they are. Been going since 2019. And to be honest I couldn’t be happier with them. I am very honest about reviews.

The women have great personalities. The men as well. I love looking around in the store and when it’s not busy talking as well.

I have shipped many things out for poshmark and a few other items.

Only con is if you try to sell a textbook for money there I think there are certain conditions which caught me a little off guard.

But overall if I could give it six stars I would. I go after to get a cupcake and a coffee nearby.

A personal con for me is the lack of parking in front of it especially on rainy days. But thats just a personal preference.

I have received the best customer service from this location. Their prices are competitive, the quality is great, and they treat their customers like a small town business. I bring printing projects to them from two different companies. They remind me to check which card I'm using and remember my non-profit status for one organization. If I order something out of the ordinary, they check with me first and have saved me from some potentially expensive errors. They're kind about managing last minute orders and have always delivered on what they promised. I won't give my business printing or shipping needs to anyone else.

The lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The verification was quick and efficient.

This is a wonderful place. Great service at a reasonable price. But best of all are the friendly employees! At a time when customer service seems to be a forgotten art, it's refreshing to see it still exists! They go above and beyond each and every time for each and every customer. Well done!

Fantastic customer service that beats FedEx Kinkos. They actually ask you what you need and help you rather just refer you to some app or machine. You might pay a little bit more but it is well worth it.

Really efficient and organized service. We needed some documents to be notarized in a very specific way and they were easily able to accommodate with forms they had on file ready to go.

The rates we got here for UPS shipping was the same as directly from UPS would have been, and they simplified the process so much. Additionally, they have many things that are great little gift items. We were surprised and impressed with the service and offerings here and won't be likely to go to the UPS store in the future when we can just come here instead.

These folks know their stuff and have everything you need for shipping. Cards and knock knacks too.

Very convenient and user-friendly store and experience. I had to print a ton of documents (total of about 200 pages) to mail for work. The team here, with the online ordering system, made this very easy and stress-free, far easier than trying to print such a large quantity on my home printer or even at the office. The job was ready and in order by the next morning, as promised.

I will be packing up to move soon and will definitely be back for moving supplies and boxes, since they have seem to have everything here related to packing/shipping you could possibly need.

I found out that my employer needed some unfinished paperwork that needed to be done! I was new to everything with this process so I went over to the Packaging Express on Hope Valley Road and a very nice young lady named Miss September was so patient with me and helped me through the process...

Went in for a passport picture for my baby. This was the only place I found where someone was knowledgeable in doing infant passport pictures for a non-US (Canadian) passport. The lady helping me (wish I remembered her name) made sure everything was correct. When their printer unexpectedly failed, she offered to send my pictures to the nearby Walgreens. But because I had my baby with me and by that time I needed to get home, she offered to MAIL the pictures to me at no charge. The pictures arrived UPS within a few days. Packaging Express made this otherwise difficult task much easier. Thank you!

Best mail store I've been to.
The ladies politely and patiently helped me mail out a bunch of pictures all over the country. Polite, competent, and very helpful. Excellent customer service. They were upfront from the beginning about the price of what/how I was asking to mail the pictures, which I really appreciated. Then, when I asked for some sheets of paper to protect the pictures they said "sure" and found some no worries. Unlike your typical franchise model mail store, they were helpful, polite, knowledgeable, upfront, provided little things like paper to help without nickel and diming me, and actually typed the address in the system to be printed without me having to fill out a form. Great experience. Sure, it costs money to mail things, but I was very happy with the service and since I was going to spend it anyway, it was great to spend it on an independent shop that is well run. Keep up the good work.

They have the best customer service out of any office/shipping store I have ever been to. I go to them for all of my office/shipping needs (shipping, special copying, passport photos, visa photos, special printing, etc.). They are extremely patient, knowledgeable, and really willing to help. I've had to prepare foreign visa documents and passport documents several times, which always starts out seeming a daunting process. However, when I go to them and explain any assistance I need, they have been so willing to help. It's really amazing. I highly recommend them for any shipping or office-related needs.

The staff here took my pre-paid, labeled UPS package for me after I drove around in vain for 30 minutes looking for a UPS Dropbox that isn’t where UPS says it is. They were super friendly, all wearing masks, and I appreciated their help so much. Even though I wasn’t a paying customer, they were kind and extremely helpful. Thank you so much! This will definitely be where I do any future mailing/packaging business.
