House of Flowers and Events

Been coming here for the past 2 months and they never fail to impress. Their style is very unique and beautiful than other flowershops I've been to around the area. Customer service is always wonderful and they really work with you if you have a budget. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received. My flowers were delivered right on time to my event . The design was really well done .lm definitely coming back !

received a plant from a friend for my birthday. The plant was completely wrong and did not come in a pot like the one my friend ordered. The plant was also wilted when we received it and is already dying.

Flowers were delivered 2 days late for my wife's birthday. Delivered in the evening and left at the front door - temperature was 15 degrees outside. When we noticed the flowers the next morning - frozen solid!
Called the company and talked to a live person who said the owner would call me to discuss the problem. That never happened. Still haven't received the funds back to the credit card.
In my opinion the odds of being disappointed with this company are very high. Be aware.

My daughter, who lives in Boise, ordered a pink bouquet of lilies and roses and a few other flowers for my Birthday, to be delivered on Monday. A mason jar with a few red roses and red carnations and a piece of black ribbon tied in a knot was delivered today! Wednesday!
I sent my daughter a picture. She immediately called and they offered to take off $10. No! 30% refund? No! Deliver what I ordered.
She will never use them again and neither will I. No new delivery has been made yet !

Flower arrangement was half dead, didn’t even last overnight, called and complained and stated they would check and call us back, but no one called back. Would not recommend this flower shop to anyone.
