Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry

Both my mother and my father are patients of Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry for years. The staff is always patient, friendly and kind. Recently I have had to take my mom in for a missing tooth on her top partial and a broken bottom partial.
Dr. Madsen was super kind and gentle with her. He is the newest addition to the Monkey Junction Riccobene team!
He went out of his way to fix her bottom partial in house (with Jessica’s help) so we wouldn’t have to go through the huge expense of sending to the lab. He will be my first choice when selecting who she returns to see next time! The entire staff is always smiling, welcoming and patient. They also offer payment plans and work with you if you are not able to pay in full. They understand that dentistry is not always cheap if you don’t have dental insurance. I highly recommend!!!

Had my appointment Monday with Tricia. She was fantastic and said she would be only one working with me! She was very polite and reassuring! I will ask for her again! Thank you Riccobene Dentistry for making things pleasant again!

I had a sensitive tooth, and they got me in the same day. I was also able to get my teeth cleaned even though that wasn't scheduled for another month. Beth did a great job.

Dr Steve is wonderful. He js very personable and puts you at ease. I especially appreciate how he explains every step of the procedure.

Beth was so gentle while doing my x-rays & cleaning, explained everything step by step, in detail and eased my anxiety of sitting in the dental chair! She took her time and really made me feel comfortable. Dr. Steve was awesome, he took time to sit and go over everything and made me feel welcome. Wonderful experience from the time I walked into the office to the time I left!

I had Britney and she was great and I gave her a tooth brush as a thank you for being so kind & generous to me at all of my retainer checkup.

Went in for my 6 month cleaning. Tricia was my hygienist and she was wonderful. She checked often to make sure everything was ok. She explained each step as she went along. She set up my next appointment and gave me the appointment card. Just overall a very good experience. She did a very thorough cleaning. She said she was a perfectionist which was a plus in my mind. Looking forward to my next visit.

Recently had extensive work (2 crowns and a cavity) done at the Wilmington location. Dr. Soto and his assistant Shatoya were both very professional and thorough. They took time to explain exactly what was being done. I would recommend this team!

Both Beth and Dr. Madsen are very professional and personable. Both explained everything that was being done and ensured that I was comfortable with the procedures being performed. I feel fortunate to have both as my dental team.

Another excellent visit with Riccobene! Tricia did an excellent job with my cleaning and she gave me great advice to keep my smile looking good. I love that they always are conscious of my time and don’t leave you waiting. I am always in and out quickly!!

I get dental anxiety and was super nervous about my appointment. Everyone was great, especially Tricia! She explained everything so well and had such a calming demeanor. I will try to get her for all of my cleanings!

I recently had a cleaning by Tricia. She was thorough but not too rough. The X-rays were good the first time I enjoyed her personality. I have already scheduled my next cleaning with her. :)

Dr. Soto is very nice, and Beth my hygienist is the best I followed her from her last employment. They do a very thorough job and listen and answer to all my question's.

Dr. Steve and especially his dental assistant Silvia went the extra mile for me recently. I had broken a tooth and they were able to help me avoid some very costly options. Very professional and very courteous. Thanks.

Went for a cleaning. Sherry and team were amazing! I usually feel very tense when visiting the dentist but this was a positive experience.
