Needed a large storage unit and a place to park an enclosed trailer for a sudden and unexpected move. I went online to check availability at SecureCare and within minutes had exactly what I needed at a reasonable monthly price. Stacey contacted me via email regarding required documentation for the trailer. I uploaded everything that was requested from my living room. Terrific communication and very easy transaction. I’ve had a climate control unit here for 11 years. Originally I had a small unit, then after the death of my Mother I needed a larger unit. They were so nice and understanding and found me a larger climate control unit with very easy access. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the open communication that they have with the emails, keeping us informed of what is going on during storms, closings, holidays and such. Being able to have auto pay is so helpful to me since I am disabled. I highly recommend this facility, the units are easily accessible, the grounds clean and the staff is always helpful.

We've had several Storage units over the years with and without climate control. This location is a great facility! and has easy access. The units are clean and our contents have always remained dry and safe, even after Florence and more recent hurricanes. Max, Stacy and all the staff are always friendly, helpful and pleasant. A very satisfied customer.

The process for getting a unit was very simple. The office staff has always been nice and attentive when I have gone into the office. I love that it is available 24/7 so anytime I need to take items to the unit I can get in. It is clean and well kept. Really a wonderful facility.

Great storage unit, got my storage unit online, went and put my stuff away and locked it up and then left and didn't have to talk to anybody it was very self-sufficient and super convenient.

My husband and I rented a storage space from SecurCare in the middle of Covid. Despite it all..they made the process super easy, and I was able to start moving stuff in that day. The site is always secure and I’ve never felt unsafe with my stuff there or going to the unit. One time my husband forgot to lock our unit and they emailed us to let us know- it’s incredibly nice to know they have our back! They provide dollies if you need them to help move items to/from your unit, there is plenty of lighting, and the units are super clean. Auto draft makes paying our bill super easy as well. With so many choices for places to store your stuff in Wilmington these days, I’m glad we made the choice we did!

Customer service is great! They got me signed up quickly. I was in and out and had my storage unit ready for use. Facility is maintained very well. Easy to navigate a trailer through the storage unit aisles. I highly recommend using them for your storage needs.

Aside from the clean units, easy accessibility and great security; the staff has always been very pleasant. Everyone is very polite and easy going. When I first got my unit they were reassuring that my belongings would be safe, they made me feel like this company and their units were my best option. I plan on being with this company for as long as they are around!

I have been with this SecurCare Self Storage for almost 4 years now and the staff have always been super friendly. I have a climate control unit and it’s kept very clean and at an appropriate temperature depending on the weather outside. They don’t charge you a fee to pay over the phone and are very helpful with any concerns you may have, especially after a hurricane. They will communicate with you to make sure everything of yours is ok. They are also great with their friendly reminders and updates they may have. If you’re looking for storage, I HIGHLY recommend this place!

We've had a unit here for about 7 months now. We have never had any issues. A light was out in our unit when we 1st got it and it was replaced quickly. The staff is always so friendly and they are quick to resolve any issues you may have. Highly recommend this place for all you storing and moving needs.

Stacey has gone above and beyond to help us with our storage needs. We rented online, she helped with securing the unit with a padlock, directions for our movers to unload our belongings to make the move from NY to NC. All the staff we have dealt with at SecurCare have provided excellent customer service.

My Experience with SecurCare on CB Rd was nothing short of perfect. The ladies in the office were very accommodating with my first, then my second storage unit at the facility. The units themselves were always available with easy access. Should i need more storage solutions in the future - they will be my 1st stop.
