This pet store is amazing and all of the associates are extremely helpful. I recently adopted a ball python and had a lot of questions and a lot of things I needed to get in order to adjust his heating pads as necessary and they had everything I needed and had the answers to my questions as well as helped me find the best prices. Angie was helping me, she is super awesome and I had to resist giving her a huge hug (whatever she's getting paid, she deserves more). I definitely recommend visiting this Petco if you're considering adopting a new little friend or need advice or the best bang for your buck.

I have always had a very easy experience ordering online with Petco and love the fact that you get discounts when you order online! I have had issues with the product I order saying in stock and it actually wasn't, but it has always been easily fixed for me by the staff at the store! The staff at the Charleston, SC store on Savannah Hwy are wonderful and they should get a shout out for being so easy to work with and for always going above and beyond to be so helpful and fix any issues that I have had!!

Staff was friendly and helpful as always, and pick up was easy! Plus your Black Friday sale was amazing, and you have consistently better prices for the brands my dogs love than competitors. I love this Petco, its always clean too!

This petco does a great job inhad my dog Reilly groomed and the staff was excellent did a great job took great care of my dog and gave me a lot of information on what can be done in the future and how my dog did during the process of grooming her I will be going back and the price was very reasonable

Petco employee helped with finding the litter I was looking for for my ferret along with a new house.

Amanda at the grooming station was really sweet and patient dealing with my very nervous pet. She handled it well and got the job done. She did not profile my pet and made her feel at ease. It meant a lot because it means her demeanor earned the trust of my pet in such a short amount of time. Amazing job !

They sell little tiny bearded dragon babies. So cute. Had mine over a year now. Do your own diligence on all the equipment, time and money for raising a baby bearded. They aren't check, but hold close to your heart. She's my emotional support animal.

I'm happy to find a petco store near me. Great deals, awesome service. I love the petco app and rewards points system. There store manager was awesome!!! I purchased a 45lbs bag of dry food for my dog and the new food upset my dogs stomach so I call the store to see if I could get a refund or exchange the food and they told me yes all I need it was the receipt or my reward card. I also mention to her that I don't longer had the original bag due to putting the food in my plastic container so I ask her if it was okay to put the food in a trash bag and she told me it was perfectly okay. She apologized and show me emphasis for my dog upset stomach. Overall Petco I'd the way to go!!!

Just needed to exchange a little dog shirt for a different size, was helped quickly and efficiently.
