Scotchman Store

Hi! I'm the new manager, I took over 5 months ago, brought in a whole new crew, and we have busted our back ends to clean this place up! It's far from over on getting it to the point of pristine shape, but we are working on it. You will find clean, well maintained restrooms here, a very friendly staff, clean and stocked shelves. We take pride in our little store, we take that extra minute to come outside to assist you at the pumps, we treat you the way we want to be treated!! The cashier ebony was very rude an the place looks like a junk yard needs major improvement on the hole store cashiers an the store

Very friendly people that works there

My boyfriend made a quick run to the store to pick up some last minute needs for the house, toilet paper, and he was there 5 minutes before closing, and the lady Jess let another person in the store right before him and then locked the door in his face. He called after due to online it saying it’s closed at midnight, and the lady was so rude on the phone to him.
I understand it’s close to closing, but he would have been out within a few minutes. Just needed one thing since that’s the latest open gas station on this side of the island.
We live near there, and it was convenient for us, but now we will go a bit farther to the next gas station.

Closed at random times. They also need to edit their Google info if their hours have changed. Having employees leave reviews is a bit shady, as well. The "new manager" isn't having much of an impact, if they're still closing early and being rude.
Not surprising, really.

I visit this store frequently. I am truly done with this store and how the night crew in particular treats the guests. I observed the new cashier card a gentlemen who clearly was in his 70's. I am pretty sure that this would be consideredd as a complaint but the tone and deamoner of this individual made it the opposite. So I was next to order and this same cashier was talking about the gentlemen in front of us, the patrons. I said something to her about her tone and demanor and she said that she would not serve me anymore. I will not cease and assit on this one. I want action. Also, this store has seen so much turnover it is just ridicuolus.
One day at 6:30 PM the store was closed and then they reopened at exactly 6:45 PM to detour people from coming there for the last lottery push. I don't even play the lottery but the crowd of people outside came to this conclucsion. Until this store gets it together, I urge that everyone gives a review, to end the insanity. The day shift rocks. But the three new girls that was hired is complete trash. I mean utter trash. Don't work in an industry that requires you to interact with people.

I would givef this store zero stores if I could

I live on Woodlan Shore Road this gas station almost 1 mile from my house.I didn't look at her name but this is the second time she has been very rude . gas station worker absolutely need more training to understand customer service if you're going to serve neighbors.

Shop attendant locked the door and left Halloween night with her child at 6 pm.. after yelling at a client about pricing. Left a sign that said “bathroom break” on door. Was there when I left and when I came back. Sad, really. Store owners lost a lot of money in the short time I was there.

The lady at the counter was very rude. Also noted after leaving that their prices are .50 higher than 1/4 mile down the road and for some reason air cost is 1.50 vs 1 or free everywhere else.

It's also in terrible shape inside and out.

I do not recommend.

Worst gas station I've ever been to. I'll never come back

Cashiers are very rude and always on the phone
I walked up to counter with my items the girl behind the counter says it will be a min and starts doing a shift change with noone else there couple mins later the other cashier walks in
The place is dirty and looks like a scrap yard

They are always closed or locked up at random times. completely unreliable

Never open, total failure.
