Didn't get the name of the guy who was working today on memorial day, but he was super helpful and knowledgeable. Told him what I was looking for and was in and out.

Way better than the Folly Road location. Staff was very helpful, store was more organized and clean!

Nice store with various items and supplements for sale. The staff working was very helpful and informational. The only thing I would improve is the size of the store and ammount of variation in the items and supplements.

The store is well stocked and clean! However, I had a very poor experience with the staff. After a class at OTF my friend and I came over to look into some pre-workout products. The associate asked if we needed assistance (✔) but that's about all that went right. When asking about different brands, and asking if they sell smaller amounts (say, a sample for example) the associate simply said no. Offering 0 guidance (as if we were a total bother for him, while checking his phone). When we asked about a specific product, he simply said "that has creatine which will make you put on excess water weight, so you'll need to get something that fits your goals". Okay, so creatine, yes, can do that. However, let's talk about the potential advantages of the supplement. Could this associate potentially use some sales training? 🤷 Overall, it was a poor experience. I recognize that people have off days and I hope that's all it was. Overall, I felt we were snubbed by some "Bros" because we didn't fit their standard clientele. Shameful. No worries, we can get what we need online.
