Gibby's Bottle Shop

Gibby's is a great place for barrel picks, fair prices, and friendly staff. It's hard to go wrong at Gibby's. I just wish they were a bit closer to the house, but then I would be really broke! Haha!

New to the area so I called a few shops looking for some specific yet typically easy to find bottles... and Gibby's was incredibly helpful and friendly. I can't say the same for some other shops in the area that I spoke with - who were rude and short - even being hung up on mid-question by a certain "Burrily" Surly older sounding fella who clearly shouldn't have a phone to be picking up. Gibby's - your selection is amazing, your staff deserve an extra nod and I appreciate that you go the extra mile. Will happily return here for many purchases to come.

Stopped in for a couple of store picks to take with me back home (Phoenix). Was pleasantly surprised by the selection and recommendations from staff. Will be back.

Gibby’s has an exceptional selection and even better customer service. We’ll known for some of the best single barrel picks in the southeast! Definitely worth a visit!

Want to show some love. Not only on a professional level, are they great as a vendor, but personally I love shopping there. The owner is genuinely a great person, and the staff is always so helpful. And if you enjoy Bourbon, they have a HUGE selection of Store Picks from a number of different distilleries. And I have not been disappointed once by any of their picks. Great local liquor store, definitely go support them! Can't say enough good things about them as a business.

Has some really great store picks, and they are reasonably priced. Caleb Gibson isn't an uncaring owner. He supports a couple of charities. He also makes every effort to spread his bourbon through the community and not just secondary markets.

I was in for the first time today and they have a really great set up and everyone in there was welcoming/ friendly. I have been to their stores in Orangeburg and St George which they have had really great selections of bourbon. I’m glad that they are now local. They have had some really great barrel picks in the past so I am looking forward to trying them on a more regular basis.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They have great tasting barrel picks that I’ve given and received as gifts. Everything is reasonably priced and they a great selection.

Plus they periodic allocated bottle releases without any sort of lottery. .

So happy to have Gibby's in Charleston! They have a great and knowledgeable staff! Their Barrel Select offerings are some of the best in the area! We used to drive to Orangeburg just to go to Gibby's and always felt it was a worthwhile trip, now having them in our neighborhood is just incredible!

Great liquor store and great selection. I wasn't at all happy about having dogs in the store while I was shopping. I love dogs but they honestly don't belong in stores.

Great new store with knowledgeable staff. Bourbon prices are where they should be, which is a great to see. Nice selection of store picks, hope they continue with these. Highly recommend.

This is the best place to buy in CHS! Very clean, large selection, and knowledgeable staff. I’m a tequila fan and the selection is second to none. Tears, siete, ocho, Don Fulano…the list goes on.

Cool shop with a large variety of drinks and helpful staff.

Good selection. Slick interior. Some higher prices than you would pay elsewhere, but also a few good deals. The bottles are always clean!
