Carrabba's Italian Grill

We had a party of 11. We had a large table off to the side and were able yo enjoy celebrating my husband's birthday with family. The food was terrific. Service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Our main waiter was Cameron. He was such a nice young man and we were so impressed with his professionalism. Special thanks to him.

We came here last night for dinner. Started off a bit rough but was taken care of quickly. I don’t remember the managers name but she is great. Very professional and very sweet. Our waitress was Amanda I believe. Very very sweet and outgoing. She made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Chicken Bryan…..my new favorite. The Tiramisu was amazing as well.

Cassidy was fantastic! She was energetic and really helpful with her menu suggestions (and a take home meal we hadn’t thought of). The food was top-notch too. Thank you, Carabbas - and especially you, Cassidy! :)

It was our first time at this restaurant, we loved the food! I loved my pasta with chicken and mushrooms!! Service was great and kind. Orders were served fairly quickly.

came here with my mom for my birthday dinner and I was beyond impressed. We come here every year for my birthday and this is BY FAR the best service we’ve ever received thanks to Cameron. He was sweet, knowledgeable, attentive, and we couldn’t ask for a better server. Food was amazing as always and came out in a perfect timely manner, but Cameron’s service is what made the experience so great. Thank you!!!

I’ve been here probably 5 or more times. The food is usually pretty decent. Last night’s meal was phenomenal. We shared the bone in beef with mashed potatoes. The portion was very generous and we both had leftovers for lunch. The server, Simone was delightful and attentive. Way to go “corporate chain restaurant!”💫

I was eating lunch with a friend I had not visited with in awhile and we wanted to sit and talk. Paris and Guy were so accommodating, keeping our drinks refreshed while delivering delicious food.
Very friendly. Eager to please.

Only suggestion would be probably kitchen related. If the soup, salad and meal could be spaced a bit so the proper courses can be eaten in order. Pasta gets cold fast so you have to speed eat soup to get to the entree.

We had an issue with Carrabba’s about eight months ago. We finally had the opportunity to go in. It’s been under new management and EVERYTHING was on point!

I took my friend’s daughter, we had the combo appetizer , she adored the mushrooms and I like the cheese 🤣

She had the chicken Alfredo , loved it, and my chicken Bryan with mezzaluna was superb.

We finished off with the normal cannoli and, that, is something that should never be NOT ordered. Not the cake, the normal cannoli!

Our waiter for tonight was Cameron! He was phenomenal!! Very knowledgeable about the menu. Absolutely friendly towards my daughter and made sure she had the BEST EXPERIENCE!! The food was delicious. I had the lobster ravioli. It’s definitely a must try! It came out fresh and hot!! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. Thank you again, Cameron 😊

Attended the special Bourbon dinner on November 15. Guy, our waiter, was very good. Food was excellent and who doesn’t enjoy bourbon! Highly recommend the Carrabba’s specialty Wine and Bourbon dinners.

We had dinner on 12-3-2023 at the North Charleston location. I was pleased with the dining experience. The service was great. The food was cooked to perfection. My only criticism was we had to walk through a spill on the floor to get to our table and my girlfriend slipped but luckily did not fall. Other than that everything was good and we would definitely return for another dining experience.

My family and I received the best service from Keveran. He was very attentive even though we had a large party. Good service goes a long way!

We were immediately seated by Ms. Gracie. Our waitress was doubled seated with another couple so Mr. Lester assisted our waitress Ms. Casey. Everyone was a delight. The cheerfulness of the staff made my daughter’s Birthday dinner more enjoyable.

The zucchini fries that we had as an appetizer were nice and crispy. Our entrees came out shortly after the appetizer. They were tasty and hot.

Had a great time. Will be back soon.

Jennifer D picked our table up and was the absolute BEST! We were celebrating my daughter’s 12th and Jennifer ran her legs off to be sure all the girls had what they wanted! We hadn’t been to the N. Chas location in a while. We were pleasantly surprised at the updates the new management has undertaken. The restaurant was spotless and the smell of good Italian food was in the air!

Guy was our waiter today and he did a fantastic job. Not to mention I ordered 2 medium steaks and received 2 medium steaks. I cannot express how frustrating it has been to order a steak and it’s either completely raw or brown all the way through. Wildly, this Italian chain gets it exactly right every time. Absolutely love eating here and my drink never going empty as well as polite and kind staff really goes a long way. If I could give more stars I would.

We love Carrabba's Grill in N. Charleston SC. We had our birthday celebration for our grown daughter there recently and the staff was great! Our server Tyler did a great job and very friendly! The only thing that could have been better is for the music to be not so loud so we can hear each other in conversation.

My lady and I went out for dinner on the 27th of November before we hit the dance floor. The service was exceptional. I really wish I could remember the young lady's name that served us..black female, probably in her early 20s. She was very helpful with drink and food selections. I know we had fried calamari and their lentil soup to start. But I'll have to go back through the menu to remember what our entrees were. So be on the lookout for an update🤷🏾‍♂. Anyway, the food was hot and delicious..and the portions....ummmm to go box please! We sat and ate and laughed with our server for a while before rolling out the booth to our car. This was definitely a good night.

If I could rate more stars I would! Me and my bestie came here and was so pleased with the outstanding services on today. We both had the veggie ravioli and the Caprese. Soo yummy! The Peach Tea was great as well! The service was GREAT, food came out very fast. The food taste sooo good and was nice and hot and fresh! Waitress was excellent as well! Thank you!

Hannah is an amazing waitress who gave us EXCELLENT service. The food was great. We are from western NC, and our friend from Courageous Kidz, Debby Flash Stephenson, treated us.

I have always loved this place! I mean for a chain it is really outstanding in my opinion. It has been a while since I have been but last evening was just as great as always. The staff was perfect and the food was spot on!
