I always find what I need/want… and more. It’s a dangerous place to shop bc I always spend more than intended. However, I’m always very happy with whatever I buy. The music is always nice as well! It’s organized and well stocked.

I love this store so much! I cannot walk out the door without buying something! The shelves are always stocked and they are always ready in advance with your holiday decor choices. Every time I walk in I feel like I see something new. The sales alternate each week so that means you’ll probably find your favorite items on sale at some point each month. Any crafting idea you have can be accomplished with the supplies at Hobby Lobby. There are gifts for all, greeting cards, furniture, nick-nacks for your home, wall hangings, science projects for kids, woodwork items, metal stamping supplies, leatherwork goodies, LOTS of stickers, storage solutions, themed decor for different rooms that match, baskets, yarn and string for crotchet or other artwork, glass pieces for gifting, artificial flowers GALORE, calendars and inspirational books, jewelry, among so many other items. On this visit I tried to only purchase items that were on sale and I saved $71.30! I was standing in a long line and another cashier came over to tell our line that she was available. My receipt says her name is Savannah P. She was very professional and courteous. She was helpful in letting me know which of my items I caught on sale, she bagged everything carefully so things would be protected, and she helped me put my bags in my cart. The staff at this Hobby Lobby is always friendly. I will always shop at this store when I have extra cash on hand because there is always something unique that catches my eye. Also, I would recommend this store to anyone looking for gifts to share or crafters looking to make their ideas come to life. I will definitely be returning! Thank you Hobby Lobby! 5 Stars!!!

Love this store. Always buy yarn for knitting and crochet there.

They were crazy busy today and it went much smoother than I expected. At any given time there was 45+ people in the lines. However, the cashiers were able to keep thongs moving quickly. I would suggest HL investing in a bar code reader so the cashiers do not have to type in every item.
Anyways, they have everything needed for crafts and arts in the store.

Update: a year later, the customer service at this location is phenomenal! Absolutely lovely employees in the custom framing. Go above and beyond to help there customers unlike other fram ships in the area. Best frame shop in the area! Highly recommend.

After dealing with the micheals in north Charleston for about a month. Between the absolute no care for customer service, to people not working I'm the frame shop, I finally went to hobby lobby. And the guy I was working with was absolutely amazing! Custom cut mats in less that 5 minutes and very helpful. Will be returning and high recommend for customer framing.

This place has something for EVERYONE! But be careful, unless you're pretty disciplined, you're most likely going to spend more than you planned. I loved this place.

Hobby Lobby is an amazing place.to shop...if you need something for crafting , this is the place.to go...BUT (and pay close attention), unless you have the patience of Job, don't go here if it's anywhere near Christmas...plenty of cashiers, but this place is a Madhouse....and I mean this in the best way! Merry Christmas!!!

this was the only place in town that had yarn in the colors. prices was better than any other and the customer service was super.the lady that worked in this department was super super helpful we need more of her.

This place is the absolute BEST store for all crafters, DIY and home decor lovers of all kinds! There are so very many beautiful choices of signs, picture frames, accent furniture pieces, floral arrangements and so much more.
They have all kinds of fabrics, yarns, buttons, etc, all that you would need to sew custom clothing and SO many ribbon choices.
They also have plenty of craft kits for adults and kids. They have both wood and paper crafts. It is also THE PLACE to go for Christmas home and tree decor.
It's safe to say that if you have a hobby or are looking for one, you can find the supplies at Hobby Lobby!

Hobby lobby on Rivers avenue is an awesome store with great craft items and house items and more but the employees there kind of suck they're not very personable or helpful

They have a really large variety of everything. We love to get house decor from here. It’s always a really good price too. I also get a lot of teacher gifts from here. They have a lot of little trinkets that are good for holidays too. I definitely recommend this place.

Pretty big place with lots of things to become creative with Prices weren't bad either and with the traffic Enough cashiers were readily available as well I went on a Saturday

Hobby Lobby has every craft item that you could ever need! They have a lot of cute home decor and seasonal items also. I am a nanny and former preschool teacher, so I have been to hobby lobby more times than I can count to pick out supplies for projects. They constantly have sales on all different items and there is a 40% off one item coupon available online every time you shop, just present it to the cashier. Truly one of my favorite stores, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my craft/ person hobby needs. P.S. their prices beat Michael's and ACMoore everytime!

Main reason for even giving the five stars is because of the service we received from zac. Anyone else we had contact with was rude. Zac was very helpful and very friendly and nice as well. Management thought demeaning a worker in front of guests was the best solution instead of talking to them like an actual person. Thank you zac for your amazing service.
