I called ahead of time to get my name on the waiting list and when I arrived I went inside to check in and the hostess was very nice but we only waited 30 minutes. Our server was Robert W and he was very nice and attentive to us even though he had other tables that he was showing the same attention to . The food came out perfect and tasted soooooo good. My Steak and Pork Chops were cooked to perfection.. The atmosphere was good and the restaurant was very clean. I would definitely go back..

I’ve had a phenomenal experience for Veterans Day. Being a veteran I was welcome with respect from the time I’ve entered and left. My server Robert a nice gentlemen was very respectful and very attentive that I was an Army Vet. Food was great. Robert informed me from the time that I ordered on updates on my order. Thank you Outback ! I will return to THIS location only!

Billy is always an Amazing waiter everytime we come in. Excellent customer service, very attentive, & serves all his tables like clockwork. Never missing a beat. Because of him we will definitely keep coming back. The food was also flavorful & delicious.

I loved everything!! The food was delicious and the service was top notch! I especially enjoyed my koala drink but I highly recommend trying the coconut shrimp :) I will definitely be returning back here because it was worth every penny!!!

Stopped into this location while visiting from out of state. Wait time was reasonable for being dinner time on the weekend. Our food was expertly prepared and came out hot and flavorful. The prime rib outback style was amazing and the fresh vegetables were well cooked but still crunchy and was a welcome surprise as I don’t enjoy squishy vegetables. The highlight of our evening was our server Byron! He was excited, energetic and genuinely happy to take care of my family and I. He gave us the perfect balance of attention and time to socialize within our party.

Me, my boyfriend and my daughter came to visit on 12/3/23 and it was absolutely amazing! Both servers, Ella P and server assistant did a phenomenal job making sure we were taken care of. They brought out extra bread without us having us to ask for my daughter who they notice was enjoying the bread. They accommodated every need. Thank you again.

The entire customer service experience was so pleasant. From the person who answered the phone to the answer to my problem. The manager Shannon was so incredible! I had an issue with my Uber Eats order due to a delivery driver error and couldn’t get in touch with their customer service. I called outback unsure if they could help me and she rectified everything promptly, at no cost, no questions asked, and with a smile.

I got to enjoy incredible quality and service!

Rob was also great at the bar, serving me a drink while I waited for my order.

We had a great dinner and a nice time escaping the rain at Outback after going to Patriot’s Point for the day. Our server Byron was really friendly and really attentive for having several other tables at the same time. Everyone was super friendly there and the food was great! I definitely recommend this Outback, and if your server is Byron you’ll definitely have a pleasant experience. 😊

Billy D was our server and was very helpful in getting us seated quickly and our orders in. We wanted something that is no longer on the menu and Avon was able to make it for us. Highly recommend this location for service and quality of food.

Ate here with my momma and sister after doing a little Christmas shopping and it was really good. I had the chicken and shrimp pasta and they had the parmesan chicken. It was all so filling and the waitress came back often to check on us. Will definitely go back again

Billy D. is one of a kind!! I love his positive vibe; he’s quick with the orders, checks on you, etc. it’s so much I can say about him. One top of, Outback food is really good.

Sierra was the bomb waitress. My sister complained so much about her food and she never once showed anger, she showed us nothing except compassion and she gave us excellent service. Outstanding Outback for hiring her. Great customer service, Outstanding

Reagin was the best!!! We ordered curbside to go and she asked if we needed things we didn't even think of like extra butter and bread! Very friendly service and great food! We will definitely be back! PS... Still love the blooming onion!!!

What a wonderful experience we had yesterday. I took my family out to lunch and the birthday girl picked Outback. Bree was our server and she was amazing. Devine Ross was the manager on duty and he was outstanding. The cook (not sure his name) also came out and spoke to us. What an amazing experience we had. The food was outstanding. The atmosphere was comfortable. The service was top notch. Thank you Bree, Devine, and the cook, for a very pleasant and memorable time with my family. We will return 🙂

Byron our waiter was amazing! Had an amazing personality, amazing service. I felt right at home with him like he’s one of my best friends! That man deserves a raise!

Havent been to an Outback in almost 15 years (I dont eat beef ir pork). Te food today was great! We had the Aussie Sampler which was fantastic. I had French Onion Soup prior to my meal, so when the food came. I was too full to eat anything other than a bite of broccoli...which was amazing.
